I love Emily’s work. She is kind and honest as well as excellent. My eyelashes always look great. I had my lips tinted which I love. She also gives me facials. She also does regular dermaplaining for my face. She will give honest feedback and not suggest work that is not needed. Booked a Groupon and scheduled an appointment for a lash lift. This person, Emily, texted me to cancel due to babysitting issues. Offered me some other appointment times but would not actually text me back to confirm them. When I reached back out to try to follow up on it she said she would check saying “Oh of course! Let me look” then has still not texted me back….at all. Unprofessional at best suspicious at worst. Especially now that I have been reading about people getting scammed on Groupon.
