Just realized I never left a review for these guys. Definitely 5/5! Kristin is amazing and does incredible work. As a TMJD/facial pain sufferer, Botox has been a lifesaver for me. Amber is always super nice when I check in or call to make an appt. The place itself is stylized to look trendy and everything is super clean. I’ve only ever visited one other provider for Botox and the treatment was nowhere near the level of care you will receive at Skin2Soul. It is a real medical office, with all sanitary tools and equipment. Kristin even did a free adjustment to my eyebrows by adding a couple extra units of when my eyelids were falling a little too heavy after receiving Botox. She wouldn’t accept a tip or payment and told me she just wanted to make sure I was 100% confident with the results. The providers here are true medical professionals and Kristin even works part time at an ENTs office in Cortland. So if you are someone looking for help with TMJ issues/ear fullness/facial pain and pressure, you will get more than just cosmetic results out of meeting with Kristin! Because of her, I was able to get a referral to her other office by my PCP and get ear tubes placed for my Eustachian tube dysfunction. So between the botox on my masseters and the ear tubes, I have Kristin to thank for regaining a little bit of power over the symptoms that have been driving me insane for over a year.

Amazing facials! I recently went for an exfoliation followed by a PRP microneedling. The nurse's on staff can draw blood and make liquid gold here, and I am impressed with how it healed my skin. I'd recommend this place for your glow up!

The transformations they perform here are nothing short of amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I received 6 Viva Venus treatments from Sara. They were meticulous of the entire process. They performed a comprehensive analysis of my skip type prior to my treatments which was a huge green flag because skin types are very different on an individual basis. Additionally, Sara provided me plenty of information and advice on skin care that have helped me so much in escaping my skin care insecurities. Sara is truly a professional in her work! I cannot recommend this place enough, and please leave an amazing review for them! I was not endorsed or asked to leave this review. They just did that great of a job!

Suzanne is amazing! I have been getting dysport for the past 3 years, I came to Suzanne in June of last year and the results were everything I have been hoping for. She took her time with me and really understood what I was looking for. Suzanne truly wants her clients to be happy. When Suzanne was on a (much needed) vacation I went to another person in the area and I could not believe the difference in my results. I was under the impression that the product is the same, and the person performing the treatment is not going to make that much of a difference...I was completely wrong.
