Terrible, it's the worst place I've ever been in my life. I lost $1000 dollars (almost) and I didn't see any results. Plus, they burn your face with the laser. Carmen is an incompetent brute who has no idea how to work with all the machines. The secretary, Maritza, is terrible and has no manners. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back there. Plus, the hygiene isn't the best, the bathrooms look public, so horrible. Don't waste your time or money here.
