The place is nice and clean but the workers are extremely lazy and don’t want to call back when you have a missed appointment. There could be emergencies that can happen to people but they still don’t call back. I wanted to buy another package and she kept calling me to make sure I’m going to buy it. All they want is the money. They don’t care about customer service. I also got very bad results from this place. Neither of the workers care enough to actually help you out. Would not recommend

I purchased "one photofacial, laser skin resurfacing OR laser acne treatment" through Groupon. When I showed up, I was told that they offer the photofacial ONLY! My only reason for buying it was to treat for acne using laser acne treatment. The manager replied me saying, "It's the same! It's photofacial that treats the acne". They falsely and fraudulently listed as they offered 3 different types of treatments! If they offer only photofacial, then they should have clearly stated as "photofacial" without adding "laser skin resurfacing or laser acne treatment". Obviously, the owner or the manager don't have any clue that there are different types of treatments used by different laser machines! When I showed my voucher to the manager, she blamed the Groupon first. Then, she blamed me saying that I should have made a consultation before purchasing it. Wow! No responsibility whatoever for falsely advertising at Groupon to entice new customers to buy their services but blaming others. I didn't get an apology for their false advertisement. If I knew that the offer ONLY the photofacial, I wouldn't even bother buying it in the 1st place nor driving there wasting my time! Since I was already there, I decided to get it anyway since the manager kept telling me that it helps and prevents acne problem. I was asked to sign some paper regarding some possible side effects, how to take care of my skin post treatment, such as wearing the sunscreen, etc. So you'd think that the technician would put the sunscreen on your skin once the session was over. Right? No! You are so wrong! Since the technician didn't apply any sunscreen on my face when it was done in a daylight but put only a moisturizer, I asked for a sunscreen so that I could protect my face from sunburn. So she gave me a little tiny sample Aveeno moisturizer with sunscreen. I put it on and left the place. The technician run after me and asked me to give her back the little tiny moisturizer, saying "I didn't give it to you. You were supposed give it back to me after using it. Sorry. It's for OUR CLIENTS!" Really? This place is so pathetic! So basically I'm not their client. They discriminate clients based on whether the clients bought their services through Groupon. And they demand to return the tiny Aveeno sample that they got it for free from the manufacturer Seriously? Obviously, their customer service sucks! I should have researched Aesthetic Medical Network (AMN) before purchasing it! Now I can totally understand why they have to advertise their service through Groupon to find new customers since they can't even retain their customers! Do yourself a favor and don't go there! If I could, I would give AMN a ZERO, not one star! The laser setting was so low that I didn't feel any pain. The session lasted not even 2 minutes. No wonder why the manager told me that I needed at least 6 treatments to see the result! On top of that, the manager gave me a piece of paper with a list of other services to add-on or purchase. Even if they offer me them for free, I would't accept them. In addition, they demand for your photo ID and ask for your credit card # so that they can charge you for the cancellation fee. I've been to many other laser treatment centers and no one asked me for a photo ID! The manager continued to harass me for my ID! So I asked her why. She replied me saying, "The dermatologist told me that we need to verify you". The funny thing about AMN is their place is associated and shared with a dermatology office run by dermatologist Steven J. Brooks. But I guess they list their business as they are a separate entity from the dermatology office in order to collect the tips! Going back to the sample Aveeno moisturizer story, if you go to other dermatology offices, the sample skin products are usually left at the waiting area for patients to grab and try for free. AMN is the pettiest place I've ever been! I wonder how AMN stays opened. With horrendous service, no wonder why there are so many technicians behind the counter doing nothing but staring their phones!

Great place. Both the spa side & Dr are great. Real results and awesome Dr. Dr Brooks helped me with my skin damsge frim steriods after I have been told by so many drs that there was nothing that could be done. They did a great job on my keg veins, helping my don grow back his receding hair, age 26, and I hadmy skin tightened on my thighs, arms, face & neck. Awesome! Highly recommend them!

I’m always quickly taken. Everything is done thoroughly and in a clean environment. They make sure that you are comfortable and need anything to be adjusted. Definitely enjoy the affects it’s having on my problem areas.

Just finished the 6th treatment of laser hair removal on my back and chest. Finally, I'm hairless. Great place, clean, highly recommended.

They say the toe nail fungus treatment is 90% effective...I saw zero change after two months which is when they said you should see the difference. Don't waist your money.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD! HORRIBLE SERVICE, LOW SETTING FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL; JUST TO GET YOU TO BUY MORE SESSIONS. I WISH I DID MY RESEARCH BEFORE SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY. THE FRONT DESK IS FULL OF GIRLS JUST SITTING ON THEIR CELL PHONES ALL DAY BECUASE THEY HAVE NOBODY TO SERVICE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. I WISH I DID.

The spa is amazing, very nice people. Had 5 treatments for laser and had great results, loved it.
