I used to see Dr. Saunders when I was a bit younger and lived in the area. She always stood at the back of my mind even when I moved to another town. Her dedication and attentiveness and undivided attention to her patients is honestly what made me want to go back and start care with her again. She makes me feel so comfortable, she answers all my questions and concerns and she’s very understanding and asks if I have any concerns. The atmosphere is also very cozy, welcoming and they play beautiful calming music while you wait to be seen for your appointment. Just went for my yearly and I’m never seeing another gyn again!!!!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Once I found Dr. Saunders (many years ago, in Suffern) there was no going anywhere else. I gladly followed her to Monroe and it's been a pleasure to visit the Medi-Spa since. Her staff are excellent, friendly and attentive, take time to answer questions, and if you leave a message for the doctor she will get it! (Unlike many other medical practices.) Dr. Saunders takes her time during her appointments with you - it's never rushed, she is very calming and down-to-earth, and ensures that you are comfortable and well informed during your visit. I value her opinions and expertise, I love her demeanor, and if I were to ever give birth, she would be the doctor I would trust with my delivery, 100%.

Dr. Saunders delivered my last child almost 11 years ago, discovered my thyroid condition and is just an overall wonderful, personable and caring human being. She remains to be the same throughout all these years. Along with that is her staff always so pleasant and professional. We all know how it is having to make these visits however Dr. Saunders and her staff make it comfortable all around. I’m so happy to be back after several years of jumping around. Now I will drive the extra 20 miles to see her.

Dr. Kareen Saunders and Guslene Belleus, FNP, are the best gynos in the area! Guslene has worked with Dr. Saunders for years and I have had nothing but positive experiences with her. Visiting the Gyno can be uncomfortable and isn’t necessarily something that one looks forward to but Guslene makes the experience seamless. She is nonjudgmental, professional, and effortlessly creates a safe, comfortable environment for anyone in her office. I strongly recommend Guslene and anyone else Dr. Saunders puts her confidence in. It’s great to be able to trust your doctors!

The best decision I made for myself regarding my health as I did the O-shot and hormones pellets life-changing, I feel normal again.
