Love this office! All-around, the office staff is kind and helpful! Dr Banks and his associates are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and carry great bedside mannerisms. Using this office for myself and children the past 18 years when it all started. I was at Northern Westchester Hospital, soon after giving birth to my son, I came down with a strange rash. Dr Banks came to my rescue. Within hours he was treating me in my hospital room! I was lucky enough to find not only a skilled physician but a kind man!

From the moment I walked in the staff was really accommodating and nice. This was my first time going to Dr. Bank and getting Botox. I was a little nervous to go at first but once I got there I was really comfortable. First I had a consultation with Dianne and she walked me through what was going to happen. Dr. Bank once again explained the process, and it was evident thats he is an expert in his field. I am afraid of needles but it went as smoothly as it could have gone and was quick. I highly recommend!

Highly, highly recommended. I have been coming here for over 10 years for skin checks and skin cancer issues. You will not find a more kind, caring and knowledgeable Dermatologist than Dr. Bank. Never rushed and ALWAYS puts you at ease. After 3 Mohs surgeries, the same can be said for Dr. Nolan the plastic surgeon. Dr. Bank has always listened carefully to my concerns, and offered clear, professional, advice for a course of treatment. He very patiently allows me to explain the reason for my coming in and then offers the best plan of treatment corresponding to the symptoms he is presented with. I have always trusted Dr. Bank's advice and proposed protocol of treatment. Firstly, due to his patient, clear explanation of proposed treatment and secondly, from the actual results I have experienced from the treatment. An added bonus is that his staff is a pleasure to deal with. Even from the first conversation involving the making of the appointment, to the very professional and obviously experienced assistant. I feel the word "assistant" doesn't describe her. She is more like a partner in the treatment. I've never done a review before, but I believe that a job well done should be made known. If possible I would give Dr. Banks & his office a zero. Was seen by Dr.Banks for a second opinion of an unresolved hematoma on my ankle in July of 22. He stated that a biopsy would be appropriate, even though he wasn't concerned. He stated there was no rush, & biopsy was scheduled with his cancer surgeon in September. Who by the way performed biopsy without putting on a mask. In addition, his nurse Stacie was an alarmist. A few weeks later Dr. B called me & said he had "good news" that there was NO malignancy. Imagine my pure shock when I was seen In hi s office for suture removal, & he greets me with, "I'm sorry, you have lymphoma ". WHAT!! How about waiting for full report before providing any results! I asked him what was the next step? He advised me to find a Dr., that he only refers if it's melanoma. A few weeks ago, after not hearing from them in 4 mths, his nurse Stacie called to see how I was. I hung up on her. She then called my husband's phone & left him detailed message. I called office and spoke to O.M. Laurie. They only called me to find out where I was being seen so they could close my chart. I just got a call from a Dr office that they are claiming to have referred me to in order to close my chart. I'm not even being seen by that practice. All my Dr's have been informed not to provide them with any information. I just called & spoke with O.M. AGAIN,. Next call will be from my attorney! My advice...unless you need a pimple taken care of, stay away! Unprofessional and liars!
