I have been going to Radiance Medspa of Westchester for several months now. Every month I go, seems like a whole new experience. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff. The facility is extremely clean, and lets not get started with the bathroom. It's beautiful. I'm very picky about kitchens and bathrooms and although at a spa, you don't usually find a kitchen area, they do have an area where they have a cappuccino maker and it is very welcoming. It gets better, they make it for me all the time! Any staff member offers to make you one, not just the person your appointment is with. I highly recommend Radiance Medspa of Westchester to anyone who needs to feel pampered in a welcoming place, but is also looking for someone they can trust with their beauty or imperfections. I don't think I could trust my face to anyone other than Nicole Ruggiero. She is awesome and she leaves me feeling new and refresh every time. I get compliments from all my friends. Look no further, if you want to look beautiful this year, make it your business to stop by Radiance Medspa of Westchester. I live an hour away, but it sure is worth the drive. A+++

My entire experience has been a great one from the first day of the consultation to now my follow ups. The staff is welcoming and the office is a conferrable environment. It's my first time getting a procedure done, I looked at many other doctors but Dr. Goodman made me feel confident that he was the perfect one to do my procedure. I am more than happy with my decision. I look much better than I expected, Dr. Goodman knew exactly what I was looking for. I am also having laser hair removal done, it takes a few sessions so I will be going back. Overall a great experience!

I had a quote about 8 years ago with Dr. Goodman and the pricing for the Spa has gone up. However compared to other surgeons, I think the pricing is still pretty reasonable. I returned about 2 weeks ago and met with Cheryl who have me my initial consult. I was somewhat skeptical as I have been for the past 8 years. I called back and spoke with Nicole who I have seen here and there throughout my visits and phone calls. She did everything over the phone to make me comfortable and ease my questions. She took time to answer every question. Yes, she is very busy and wears multiple hats in the office but she is very welcoming and courteous. Nicole also did my blood work when I came in. She comforted me and spoke to me and my fiance. She did not rush my questions or give me any hassle. She was straight up about everything. I had my surgery with Dr. McCarthy about a week ago. The nurses Cheryl and Christine were both great. Dr. McCarthy was also wonderful with explaining the procedure. During the procedure she took her time to make sure I was comfortable. My experience with the staff at this Spa was exceptional. There is always misconception when people are busy. However the hospitality from the front desk (Nicole) to the back facility for surgery was great thus far.

So far I’m in love with this place. Really nice setting for a Med Spa (definitely spa-like), super helpful and lovely staff, great products (I initially went in there because they sell my favorite organic skincare line), and I’m loving my treatments by Erin. She gave me a great facial and my first dermapen treatment and both were great. Will update my post after more of our “treatment plan” is complete! Cant wait! I’m looking forward to trying laser with them as well. Highly recommend- super knowledgeable staff, they do everything from facials, to microdermabrasion, to laser hair removal, Botox and plastic surgery. Go check them out!

After much research and even a few visits to other spas in CT, I kept going back and revisiting the Radiance Spa website. More so, reading up on the Drs. in the group, I reviewed Dr. Neil Goodman bio page and liked his qualifications and years of experience. The Radiance MedSpa website was quite informative about the services they have available, along with monthly incentives. I was pleased that some of the procedures were exactly what I wanted. Finally I made the call and spoke to Nicole N. and she was able to answer the questions on a few of the procedures of interest, however, she said I should come in for a consultation and meet Dr. Goodman and gain a better idea of his and work. So glad I did, when meeting Dr. Goodman he gave me the confidence of knowing, I would be in safe hands. I finally decided to take the plunge and have been happy ever since. From the girls at reception area to the nurses in the back, all were professional and quite comforting, excellent bedside manners. During the procedures Dr. Goodman was informative with open dialog the entire time, letting me know what to expect, right up to the final finish. Since the first time, I have been back to see Dr Neil Goodman, and I trust him and he has fulfilled my needs with wonderful outcomes. JP.

I have been receiving various cosmetic treatments from Dr. Goodman for the past 7 years. I've had both lip and cheek enhancements as well as Botox injections in my forehead and for my crows feet. I have been more than satisfied, I'm ecstatic! He has always educated me on the latest techniques/products and has never steered me wrong about what would work the best for me. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they are just as happy. What impresses me the most is how much he cares about his work and how well he listens. i have had a wonderful experience at Radiance Med Spa of Westchester!! I went in for a series of photo facials. While I had a lot of hope, my expectations were low. The results are incredible! Both sides of my face and my forehead as well as my décolleté were covered in dark sun spots. After only three of six treatments they are virtually gone. My skin is plumper, more even, my pores are smaller. Allie is my aesthetician and she is sweet, thorough, professional and likable. She targets spots and areas before I even ask her. I have been going to Radiance Medspa in Mt. Kisco for a few years and love it! I had been to several other places in CT and not thrilled with the service or the results. Radiance in Mt. Kisco has great people who make you feel comfortable from the time you first walk in the door to after your service. They were not pushy at all, educated and knew what they were talking about and suggested what was best for me based on my needs and not making money for themselves. I've had derma pen done by Jaime, who is awesome! Christine does my filler and she's amazing, for real. Takes her time and took 10 years off my looks without leaving bruises or swelling. Prices are great also. I'm very, very happy with them and will continue giving them my business.
