I had such a positive experience with PA Sam Ciringione. I’ve seen other dermatologists before, but none have taken the time like they did. They were extremely thorough during my exam and explained what they were doing in a way that made sense. Their professionalism was clear from the start. What meant the most to me was how comfortable they made me feel. I came in with several worries, and instead of brushing them off, PA Sam listened carefully to each one. I never felt rushed or unheard. Their kindness and patience really helped put me at ease. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who truly cares and takes the time to listen, I’d highly recommend booking an appointment with them!!

Writing this on behalf of my relative, who saw a PA named Donna. The visit was disappointing and concerning. She has poor communication skills and was unfamiliar with my relatives’s medications, including the ones for eczema. Its concerning for a provider to lack this level of knowledge. We continued out of necessity. At our next visit with another PA, we were given an entirely different regimen that actually worked.

I love this Place! As soon as I walked in to the building the staff were very welcoming and very nice. It was the first time I have ever done anything to my face or any sort of filling. I had a wonderful Physician Assistant her name is Donna Lam! She was the best ever, she made me feel very comfortable. She took all the time to answer any questions or concerns I had, explained to me what she was going to do, and showed a lot of interest of making sure she knew exactly what I wanted done to my lips. To say I am beyond happy and super fulfilled with her work will not be enough to express how much I love my lip filler. She was incredibly amazing and has the hands of gold, she really knows what she is doing. I recommend her to everyone and anyone who wants a boost of self confidence or anything in general. She truly is amazing, her work, knowledge, and I would go again to her If I ever did need or want anything. Go check out Donna Lam! You will not be disappointed!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Donna do my microneedling treatment, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Donna made me feel so welcomed and at ease. She has such a warm and calming presence, and it was clear right away that she genuinely cares about her clients and takes her work seriously. I came in with concerns about acne scars, light wrinkles, and uneven skin tone, and Donna took the time to really listen to me and understand what I was hoping to improve. She recommended microneedling and explained exactly how it works and what kind of results I could expect. What I really appreciated was how thorough she was. She didn't rush through anything and made sure I was fully informed and comfortable every step of the way. During the treatment, she checked in with me often and explained what she was doing as she went, which helped me feel completely relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. Her attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell she's passionate about helping people feel good in their skin. After I finished my treatment, Donna recommended a few products for me to use on my face and gave me a few samples to take home. I am already loving the products she recommended and I wouldn't have known about them otherwise. She knew exactly which ones I needed! On top of that, the entire staff at the office was just as amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can really feel the good vibes there! It's such a comfortable and friendly environment. It made the whole experience even better knowing I was surrounded by such kind and caring people. After just my first session, I’m already seeing noticeable results. My skin looks smoother, more even, and just healthier overall. I honestly didn’t expect to see such a difference this soon, and it has me even more excited for the rest of my sessions. If you can be seen by one of the actual doctors, please do so. If you are being scheduled with the PA on staff, skip it. I have been there twice in the last 6 months for separate issues, both misdiagnosed and both resolved by another dermatologist. I'm sure the Dermatologists at this location are great. But if you can't be seen by one, for your own good, I'd wait or find another place.
