I bought 6 vela shape treatments and have had 5. I am very happy with the service and the results. Sophie is great and there are other 2 blond girls who are very nice and also do a good job. The office is clean and pleasant and if you arrive on time or a few min before you can be sure to stay on schedule. They are really punctual and work with the schedule and that is why you have to make an appointment. I would highly recommend and actually I'm buying a new treatment with them because I'm happy all around.

I purchased a “fat freeze service on four areas” through Groupon a few weeks back. Scheduling was easy, location was near by, and the provider was beyond helpful and thoughtful. During my treatments we talked over my history and concerns and even went above and beyond and offered me free add ons. As someone who is self conscious with my body, I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy in the med spa. I would highly recommend bio skin laser to any of my friends or family!

Raquel is the absolute best ! She is very knowledgeable about all the services offered at this establishment & most importantly she listens and addresses your concerns. I have super sensitive skin but after finishing treatment with her I did not experience any discomforts even during treatment. Raquel is also very accommodating & flexible in terms of getting you in when you’re available on short notice. I can’t wait to see her again to continue my treatments.

DO NOT BUY A PACKAGE! Read other negative reviews! They offer you something as they are selling a service and then they will renounce it! Shani is the most unethical and impolite person who easily lies in your face, makes up appointments that you never had to fill up your service, and removes services from your package as she wishes!!I wonder how they got these good reviews? They may be reasonably priced but they are a fraud! Also, keep in mind, they are not super clean, they cancel your appointments without advance notice! You go there and they will let you know right there "oh, sorry, our machine is broken" "Oh, we are waiting for someone to fix the machine". You lay down on a wobbly bed with a broken leg. And most important it is not that clean. So get what you pay for, or even less honestly in this case. Although the staff are pretty good but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Somewhere that respects you, and your time and honor the promises they make and service they offer.

She continuously checked on me throughout the process and explained the procedure both before and what to expect after. The location is clean and welcoming.
