Love coming to BLC! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very nervous to have coolsculpting done, but the staff answered all the concerns that I had. They were very reassuring. My technician was Joann. She was very delightful and has had a long history in nursing and in dermatology. The care received by her was above and beyond. I was walked through step by step of what to expect. I am very happy I got the procedure done! I will be recommending them to my friends and family for sure!

After coming to BLC for surgical scar on my leg, I met with a very informative consultant who set realistic expectations for my treatment. She suggested a series of 6 treatments with fraxel laser. Upon recently completing my 6th session, I am ecstatic at the results! It is not completely gone however, it is drastically better than before. The estheticians were very knowledgeable and the treatment itself was not as painful as I expected. The clinic is very clean and conveniently located by the subway. There have been a few times that I have had to wait, the longest being 20 minutes as they were running behind with a client. Other than that, my experience at their establishment has been a positive one. I am coming back after the holidays to try a skin tightening treatment on my face and neck.

The fat doesn't easily go away like an annoying ex who can't get over your break up haha. I had a prp vampire facial done at this clinic and I don’t think one of the staff members was properly trained to use the dermapen machine. At some point the machine stopped working and she said it was the battery issue when in fact she used the wrong needles and the owner fixed the problem although it took a while to realize it. I’m skeptical to have anything else done there. The place is overall nice and welcoming
