Really great experience! The hydrafacial was done really well—my skin felt deeply clean, hydrated, and noticeably smoother right after. The staff was professional and made the whole process comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality skincare treatments.

I honestly can’t recommend Mila enough. She’s thoughtful, meticulous, and just genuinely lovely to be around. I’ve been going to her for 8 years, which says A LOT. I would follow Mila anywhere she goes. If you have the chance to book with her, do it. You’ll be in the best hands.

This establishment is a SCAM and engaging in fraudulent business practices. They sell a Groupon that very clearly says it’s for Botox but when you go, tell you that you can only get Letybo (which is a cheaper knockoff only FDA approved for glabellar lines). They purposefully withhold this information, I would not trust them with my body. I have filed a complaint with better businesses bureau and opened an investigation with Groupon.

The staff were very kind. I purchased a Groupon for Botox and was told that they wouldn't let the staff actually use Botox for what I purchased. The lady said it was a different product they were allowed to use for the Groupon. Mind you, the Groupon said Botox and nowhere in the fine print did it say it was a different product (The girl who did the injections said it was definitely in the fine print and I believed her and waited until I left to check) the only reason I am upset is because whatever product they used did not do the job. I was reassured that what was being used was the same formula as Botox and would be as effective. Normally I would do my research before trying something new, but I went into it thinking I was receiving Botox, which is what I normally get. The price was cheap and the staff were very kind. The problem here is the bait and switch and the effectiveness of the product. Beware that if you even purchase Botox at this location, I don't believe they're using that because they are not honest. I do not believe this is the staff's fault. I believe this is management or ownerships problem.

Meh… I don’t live in the city and didn’t want to get a membership without a test run appointment. I was bombarded with confirmation texts- I took that as being aggressive but the desk clerk explained it was a system glitch. After harassment about confirming and timeliness, I was 20 mins early. The injectors last appointment ran over 🙃 then she took a walk-in ahead of me. I believe in fairness so of course during my appointment I asked why. She said it was coded that I was getting a “full face of Botox” and “ full lip injection” which would take longer than the other. This is wild because I don’t need a full face of Botox and… Tbh, excuse my language but idgaf. My appointment wasn’t for that and y’all confirmed my appointment over 3 times. Beyond that she was scraping the bottom of the vile to inject me. I don’t believe there was 1 unit (edit: not cc apologies) in the bottle. The injector literally used a pliers and turned the bottle upside down to get whatever was left. If could be 1 UNIT but I truly doubt it was. Tomorrow is my 5th day post injection and there’s no difference. So, no change, incorrect coding and system errors led to this review.

I bought a Groupon for “20 units of Botox,” but when I showed up, they told me Botox “wasn’t available today” and offered Letybo instead—saying it was “part of the Botox family.” When I volunteered to come back another day or go to another location, they admitted they never provide Botox for the Groupon. This is bait-and-switch advertising, prohibited under New York General Business Law §349–350. They didn’t even tell me it wasn’t Botox until I was literally in the chair and they were about to inject me. At that same moment, they also failed to mention that Letybo is FDA-approved only for glabellar lines (the “11s” between the eyebrows) and not for the full forehead, which I had requested. This is off-label use, and while legal, New York law requires informed consent, clear disclosure of off-label status, risks, and limitations before treatment. The timing of their “disclosure” leads me to believe they had no intention of informing me about either the product change or its limited approval. This doesn’t even account for the fact that their ‘alternative’ to Botox can’t be an alternative because it’s not even an equal product due to FDA limits. I've had adverse reactions to Letybo which I informed and the only alternative offered was another off brand option. Fact check: Botox is the trademarked name for onabotulinumtoxinA, not a generic term for all neuromodulators. Letybo (letibotulinumtoxinA-wlbg) is a different brand entirely, like Dysport or Xeomin. Claiming it’s in the “Botox family” is misleading at best, especially without explaining the differences or FDA limitations. Bottom line: Misleading advertising, misrepresentation of a trademarked medical product, failure of informed consent, and an unethical push of a treatment I cannot safely use.

Nina is an amazing dermatologist! She made me feel like her top priority and her Skin exosome treatments worked wonders. My skin is smoother, tighter, and my fine lines have reduced and a more plump face.

Worst hydrofacial ever! Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. When I brought up a serious issue and asked the team to inform the owner, they flat out refused. Even more shocking, they told me they don’t care about reviews or customer feedback. That level of disrespect and indifference toward clients says everything about how this business operates. If you value your time, money, and basic human decency, stay far away. There are plenty of other businesses that actually care about their customers, this is not one of them.

In a world where you can‘t seem to trust nobody, this place is actually giving you exactly what you expect. The stuff are nice, and especially Jenny- she‘s the best therapist! Jenny is very patient and attentive, whether you are a man or a woman. It‘s defiantly pricey, but the place is well-designed and clean, so it feels like how you paid.
