This place just wants your money. I went in for a yearly skin check up and was only allowed to address one issue. So either a yearly mole check or the cystic acne I was expecting, but not both. I chose acne since it was more present and she sat with me for 2 minutes and gave me a piece of paper that basically told me to wash my face every night. My bill for $440 - not sure what part of that conversation cost $440, but I will not be returning.

The visit with doctor ULIASZ was totally useless and unprofessional. Before even asking me or having the consultation with the doctor; They had already determined my treatment and evaluation (skin cancer which it wasn’t the reason of my visit). After talk to my about cancer, advice for the cancer, She started with the evaluation with resolution of: Nothing because i had that information before- Anyway no treatment, no solution but more advices about other diseases that i don’t have and finally recommendation of the other privates doctors to go. The consultation and the center was a ABSOLUTELY SCAM.

Terrible experience at this office today. I booked appt through Zocdoc. After taking time off work, and going all the way to the office, i was asked by the front desk lady to give my credit card for them to have on file. I never agree to do that anymore , after getting charged for procedures not done at a different clinic. Previously that week I scheduled to a different provider, but got a message from the clinic saying they need credit card on file, so i had to cancel and scheduled this appt for Dr. Uliasz. I was surprised when they asked for the credit card here, without letting me know and saving me the time and hassle of getting there. When inquired why they couldn’t let me know in advanced, i was just answered that this is their policy, they never let the patient know, and they just ask for the cc when the patient comes in. They also said i was the first one to ever complain (which i find hard to believe) There were 2 ladies at the front. One older than the other, both equally rude. When asking the older woman if they’re not even going to apologize (after her being dismissive of my complaint) she basically kept dismissing me and did NOT apologize. Than the younger woman threw her own clever remark and said *** i *** should’ve called them to ask if they will need my cc on file!! That is just ridicules and VERY upsetting. As a practicing RN myself, and as a human being- this is not how you treat a patient!! The least they could’ve done is apologize for my inconvenience ! I ended up scheduling same day appt to another provider who was great, and no, did not ask to keep my cc info. On file However, the feeling of being mistreated by both receptionists did not go away Zocdoc was already informed, and said they completely agree with me and will call this clinic, But- doctors and/or managers of this clinic - - just be aware that those are your front desk ppl and that is the face of your clinic And for the fairness to other patients, PLEASE let them know in advance that you have this cc on file policy. Could’ve saved me the trip and the Very unpleasant, unprofessional experience

Had a great experience with Dr. Uliasz for my annual skin check. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and professional all around. Appointment availability was good. The nurses and staff are awesome as well.

Fat phobic and dismissive. Did not care why I came in, and quickly ushered me out after blaming my skin issues on my being fat. Did not bother to take into account that I had the same issues when I was thin, or that I still wanted treatment for these issues, no matter what the cause. This was a humiliating and scary experience. If I could give negative stars I would.
