I’m happy to have this chance to lavish well-deserved praise upon Dr Sarah Yagerman. I first went to her a few years ago with a tormenting skin condition. I’ve always been wary of the medical profession, and she was a happy surprise, a doctor who was clearly intelligent and knowledgeable with an engaging, friendly manner. She made me feel confident she would heal me, and under her skillful care my condition steadily improved. Recently I went back to her for another skin problem, more complex and debilitating, the cause of which was a mystery. Thanks to her patience and resourcefulness, I’m now almost fully recovered. I owe her a second debt of gratitude. One of Dr Yagerman’s rare qualities is a keen sense of humor, making a visit with her a pleasant event. Another is her concern for a patient’s overall well-being. Her healing is more than skin deep, as it were. She creates a bond of comfort and reassurance by treating her patient as a person, not just a medical condition. She is the ideal physician, a graceful blending of expertise and empathy. I’m very fortunate to have found her.

Dr Yagerman carried out mohs surgery to remove a bcc near my eyebrow and did a fantastic job. Painless, and an absolute work of art on the 8 stitches. Tiny scar which is now almost invisible 2 weeks later. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Dr. Yagerman is amazing! Very skilled at what she does. She always takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable, and that I understand what she is doing. When she had to numb my skin for a little procedure, I hardly felt the needle at all (and I'm a wuss when it comes to needles). I trust her 100% to keep my skin looking youthful and healthy, without looking like I've had work done. Her office space is comfortable and modern, and all her staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Can't stop glowing!!

I had an appointment today at 11 am and was out of the office by 11:11 am. The front desk staff and the nurse assistant were friendly, but I felt extremely rushed and dismissed meeting with Sarah Yagerman. I brought 4 sets of blood paperwork only for them to be glossed over within 10 seconds. The impression of my issue was supposedly "stress" and "genetics". Genetics I understand, but I had never mentioned feeling stressed and did not appreciate the generic response to my concern without proper investigation. I was spoken to in complete medical jardon that I guess I was just expected to understand. Complete waste of time and money. Would never return or recommend.
