I can honestly say I received the best facial of my life today!!! The spa is absolutely beautiful and the aesthetician was an absolute skin care expert. The products made my skin look beautiful and I felt so relaxed. The staff are all very professional and very knowledgeable about beauty. I wish I could go weekly for facials here!

MedAesthetique is a wonderful spa that is very clean with a relaxing environment. I have been a client of Lucyna's for many years following her from Feline's Spa. There is nobody else who makes facials more at ease and comfortable than her. She always makes my skin feel absolutely fantastic afterwards. What makes her so skilled and knowledgeable in skin care is her medical esthetician background as well as her many years of experience in this field. She always has excellent advice on proper skin care as well as making the facial a fantastic experience each time. I highly recommend this spa and Lucyna!

I booked a manicure and pedicure through ClassPass at this location. My appointment was confirmed by email. I traveled brim Brooklyn to the UWS for this appointment and I arrived on time. After waiting in the reception area to be greeted a woman comes from a room in the back and we have the following conversation: Her: Hi, yes, you’re here for a 2PM appointment. Me: Yes, a manicure & pedicure. Her: Ok. We have to reschedule. She then proceeds to tell me that this isn’t her problem, her boss should have rescheduled me and there’s nothing she could or would do because she was working solo today. My appointment was at 2PM. They’ve been open since 10AM. She clearly knew I was coming, she should have called me herself since she was the only one there before I trekked an HOUR from Brooklyn. Now I have to deal with ClassPass to make sure I’m not charged a cancellation fee. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service.

I really wanted to like this place but...I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. I was then made to wait for one hour before I was serviced. Completely unacceptable. Starting a service an hour late because you didn't pay attention to your schedule and wanted to squeeze in another customer when you knew you didn't have time is not an "off-occasion". It is really poor management. I do not understand and you should take care to pull it together for future customers.
