I’ve been a My Wellness Solution client since its locations in the Bronx back in 2019. 6 years later I had to return to kick start my health journey again. Sad Bronx location closed but happy to find out the manhattan location was still open. The front desk was super helpful, I came in for a colonic at 6pm, I got in earlier due to traffic into the city and while I waited I added on 2 more services (Sauna & Ionic detox). 3 in 1 treatment in 1 day. I love how attentive, accommodating and informative the staff was. If I can give a 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would.

I have been working with my wellness since August of this year and it has helped me beyond words. They have provided me with so much knowledge and so many tools to be healthier with my body. I have currently gone from 159-145 lbs doing the detox with them alongside other services. The lymphatic massages are amazing as well. I feel so much better in energy, in clarity of mind and just overall. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and sweet and just always happy to help. I will def be working with them for a long, long time. I have Hashimotos and have been looking for something to help me and this is the first time that I actually feel like I have found something that works and it’s holistic which makes it all the more better. I have been recommending everyone to come here.

Oh my word! I looooove this place! Not only is the front desk young woman Shailey (sp? I’m totally messing up her name, so sorry!!!) so nice and lovely but I had the best provider JANE basically give me the biggest boost of confidence to ‘trust the process’!
