NY Laser Outlet is simply the BEST! Ari and Lee are top notch and incredibly professional! I loved the Jet Peel and the great energy they brought to the training! Laser Outlet right away!! that was my second best decision, what incredible customer service I received!! I contacted NY Laser Outlet inquiring about equipment I saw online in their inventory. I will admit I was initially turned off when Ari would not offer pricing over the phone. Just returned from spending 2 1/2 hrs with Ari (an owner) & Carmen (clinician) learning about NY Laser Outlet, their philosophy, vision/mission and products. He took the time to learn about my business - client demographics, # of clients per day/week, treatment modalities offered, pricing etc. Ari was quick to show me the product I initially inquired about. Machine is completely refurbished - almost like new, low headroom count, warranty, cart and all the necessary supplies needed, warranty/guarantee. He also informed me of the price. Carmen took time to show me a Horizon laser, demonstrating the different treatment modalities comprised on one platform. And she showed me the ReShape for body contouring and skin tightening. I was impressed by both machines. Carmen was warm, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. She took her time to answer all my questions. My take away from my time at NY Laser Outlet is that they are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable and want to gain trust and confidence first......not just sell you any equipment. Great customer service and equipment! The two brothers that own the place genuinely care about their customers. Rachael is very friendly and knowledgeable about lasers and skin care.
