Super impressed with my experience at Sadick Dermatology. I've been to many dermatologists in Manhattan & Brooklyn, and this was truly the best yet. Liz Choe was extremely thorough doing a full body scan. She also gave a great consult for injections as well as prescriptions for ongoing dermatological issues I have. She had no trouble picking up where my last dermatologist left off. The front desk was thorough and took care of my many prescriptions and sent them to the correct pharmacy. I've had issues w this at other doctor's offices; but not at Sadick dermatology. I was the last appointment of the day and did not feel rushed at all. I definitely recommend!

I have been a regular patient at this practice since 2013. I have had several surgeries and minor procedures and appreciated the continuity in care and medical records. After I made an appointment recently, I received a voicemail saying that my new insurance was not covered and that my appointment was canceled. I called to see if there were any other options or if they could refer me to another office and they were unable to provide any assistance.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend Sadick on 15th Street. I had a inflammation on my heel and the doctor took an autopsy of the skin. The doctor was amazing but how they handled the process from this part forward was beyond poor. The front desk staff sent me the test results on text. Despite my multiple attempts to talk with the doctor about the test results and my worries, I never got a call from the doctor. All I was left with was worry and anxiety. Sad to say but this experience was not worth of the money.

Great front desk staff. The young ladies upfront helped check me in and settled quickly. Dr.Ferzli was eager to listen to all my concerns and set up a plan I'm comfortable with to address all my issues. Thank you Sadick dermatology, I will be back in 6 weeks for a follow up !

I'm not sure why people are giving Sadick Dermatology 1 stars due to technical issues. You really should be looking at the care the doctors provide and understand that they are running a business and things aren't always going to be perfect. The fact that these customers expect as such is insane. In any case, Georgina Ferzli, was prompt, thorough and provided several options during my visit. She was also incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I didn't feel any sense of embarassment or shyness in speaking to her. Def my go to from now on.

I've been a long-term patient of Dr. Ferzli. She is an excellent doctor but this practice and her support system sucks. I've been waiting for a PA for my Psoriasis Bilogic medication since March of 2021. They kept telling me that the PA was getting denied. Today I get a call from the office that they are dropping me as a patient because no provider in the office will be accepting United Healthcare. The lady who called me also told me that it was now up to me to figure out the situation with my medication. I was appalled by her response. How unprofessional and rude. Doctors ethically should assist in completing treatment. I now have numerous plaques all over my body after waiting this long for my new medication. When I called express scripts they told me that the PA had been denied but that the doctors office did not submit the doctors notes to try to appeal. This is pure laziness. I would also like to mention that i also sent numerous emails to Dr. Ferzli of which she never responded to. Again, she's an excellent doctor but her support staff sucks and they are extremely unprofessional.

I'm happy and confident about my treatment. Considering that, I could not rate with less than 5 stars.

Happy with everything. Went in for moral support as my fiancé was exploring a minor cosmetic procedure. She was seen quickly, the staff took the time to explain the procedure to make sure all her questions were answered, and most importantly her results looked natural and her skin has never looked better. She's had 2 more treatments since then and each came out great. Ladies: ask about the fraxel laser (complexion) and tear trough filler (dark circles under eyes).

My mother and I, who is 70 years old, waited for her medicine to be delivered for two hours. After continuously speaking with different random people I was put on hold and after 20 minutes of waiting I was hung up on. I explained multiple times that she desperately needs her medicine and they kept telling me it they would be send it over to the pharmacy but nothing came. Please share this story to make sure that people know this establishment does not care about their customers or their wanting to live. I hope someone shuts them down for negligence.
