I have never met a more aggressive company in my life. They call me Friday nights past 6pm, text me multiple times a week, all to setup appointments. I had a mole removed once and I’ve never been solicited worse in my life. Pick anywhere else.

I had an incredible experience at Schweiger Dermatology on Park Avenue! The office is clean, modern, and has a welcoming atmosphere. A special shoutout to Carla she is absolutely the best! She took the time to help me understand my symptoms and gave clear guidance on what to do next with my allergies. Her professionalism and care made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr Bassett as well as Smith-Ricks (mainly Dr Bassett). While he seems like a very in-demand doctor, I was eager that my (not so great) insurance was accepted there and I could see such a knowledgeable and integrative allergist who is not averse to holistic approaches. All of the staff are friendly and professional. The doctor really seems to care about his patients and treats you with kindness and good bedside manner. They gave me all the testing I needed to move forward in my life with more knowledge. While you get called in fairly quickly, waits CAN be long once you are in the exam room, so make the most of it get as much as you can taken care of at each visit! I would really suggest their office, all my experiences with them were positive. I also love that every single room has an air purifier, no fragrances here either! I wish more places did this!

New leadership Sept 2023 has led to a decline in customer service. The merger with Schweiger Dermatology Group was poorly managed, resulting in uncommunicated changes that affect clients, like the inability to do walk-ins for allergy shots. Specifically, the front desk attendant Amanda was rude when I inquired about how the changes were communicated so that I can review them for next time. She did not provide a helpful response but instead abruptly responded, "well someone was supposed to tell you but I am telling you now." And then proceeded to be irritated that I had come as a walk in. The absence of signage in the waiting room compounds the problem. A simple sign in the waiting room with that change would be helpful. It appears that front desk staff dissatisfaction with the transition is impacting overall service quality. This decline could harm the clinic's previously positive reputation. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to provide this feedback to management post-merger. Update: Leadership has responded to feedback and has now added the proper signage regarding appointments.

My experience with the doctors and staff there has been amazing. Writing this review because this office uses an off-site answering service and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to the front desk staff in the ACTUAL doctors office. They will only speak to you via an online chat which they rarely respond to. Absurd.

Was a patient for 6+ years & needing to resume treatment but was given the run around with 3 scheduling & cancellations before finally given a date a month in the future. Was told I will be considered a new patient & when I asked about my prior treatment records & if they still exist, I was told to calm down. So I put forward a formal request for my treatment records & two weeks gone by with no records provided. Should I continue to calm down now, Amanda the receptionist? I get a sense that if you start panicking a bit, it will help expedite locating my six+ years of medical records maybe? Avoid this place.

All staff is absolutely fantastic, the way they talk to their clients with such kindness & respect is simply incredible. I have been to this office a few times. Carla & Amanda are just two of the staff I’m more familiar with & I must say they’re absolutely a gem, they’re amazing!!!.. they’re so courteous, kind & the respect they give, it’s so refreshing. the knowledge that Carla has about her field of work is expertise. The advice she gave me about my severe allergies amazing, yes I said amazing again cause she’s absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!

While the provider is great, the front desk service is absolutely terrible. 1st of all, I specifically opted out of email as my preferred contact method, yet they ignored this and still called me instead. 2nd, I tried returning a missed call from the clinic, and the front desk hung up on me three times. Each time, they told me to "hold on" while they pulled up my chart, only to disconnect the call without any follow-up. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. If the front desk can’t handle basic communication, it makes the entire experience stressful and unreliable.
