I gave the 2 stars for the doctor who is very knowledgeable and caring. However, I have had two incidents in the past year that are unacceptable to me. First, when I missed an appointment, they called to remind me and I rescheduled. When I arrived , I was told I had to pay $40 or I couldn’t see the doctor that day. I had to walk away. Second, after treatment numerous times in a span of a few months with Dr. Narain whom I have been a patient of since 2022, his staff told me when I went for the next appointment that they were trying to contact me. I could not see the doctor because there was an outstanding bill and they were not able to make headway. They told me I needed to contact my insurance company and get this situation straight. But, I could not see the doctor anymore until I resolved the situation. .This is no way to treat a patient. It could have been handled in a much better way. I am appalled at this treatment and deserve a big apology from them. If this is the doctor’s policy that they are putting into effect, shame on him for that. This is not a good policy, to forbid the patient from seeing the doctor due to money with not enough notice to contact me or handle it in a way that did not interrupt my medical care. I do have several active insurances listed with them.

I was at this office with a friend that asked me to come for moral support and comfort as she was very anxious. I accompanied her into the examination room. She changed into the gown as instructed and when the Doctor finally came in he sat down began the examination and took care of what he had to do lightning fast and left stating on his way out to come to his office. I felt the whole experience left a great deal to be desired. The staff was not friendly and the Doctor was not comforting. Everything was way to rushed for me. My friend is also looking for a new GYN

Very RUDE front desk staff. Rushed exams and sent to office to discuss many more appts and FOLLOW UP appts. THIS office is ONLY interested is MONEY & constant appts for COPAYMENTS. The doctor is constantly changing his mind on treatments and your pockets will pay the price. Do not recommend, if you voice your concerns you are dismissed from the office and can’t come back!

Im not finicky by any means when it comes to gynos but this place . . . OMG. I was asked to undress and wait for the Dr, (totally normal) When Dr Narain arrived he was completely unfriendly quickly saying hello before immediately jumping to the exam. After a few minutes he stood up told me to get dressed and meet in his office. I felt like a cattle in a meat packing plant. He never asked if i had any questions (which i did) until i was in the office where he threw a bunch of paperwork and prescriptions for more exams at me. I told him i DID have questions and when i brought them up he had me go back into the exam room to re evaluate me because he never asked anything of me while we were JUST THERE. I thought the whole experience was horrible, rushed and uncomfortable. He made me feel as if i was unimportant and just an inconvenience to his day. The kicker was how he demanded i closed his door all the way as I exited his office. He was a highly unpleasant man and clearly needs to evaluate his career choice cause unfortunately for him and all in contact with him people are going to be a big part of his job. You cant treat people like they are just another annoying number in your life. Screw this place and screw Dr Narain

I was able to set up an appointment right away with Dr. Hitesh Narain for an issue I was having. He was very professional and kind throughout my visit. His office is a relaxing and peaceful environment that makes me feel calm. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr Narain.

Have been going here for over a decade. Always felt right at home. Until we were told via mail we were no longer able to be patients due to vaccination laws. My two children are vaccinated and one isn't due to several allergies. The one who isn't is being homeschooled. So why would that effect us being patients?

Worst experience here. I was prescribed something that I was deathly allergic to. Never came back after and I dont understand how they are still in business. Staff is extremely rude and unorganized
