I’m sorry, but I give this place a five star. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. I say Junior high school on 40 years old now, and James is an excellent skin specialist, Dr. He reconstructed my earlobes for me to go back to wearing studs again. He Remove keloid off my ears and made my skin. Look brand new again, so whoever has anything negative to say about this practice. There are very mistaken. These people do an excellent job and they make sure that your Skin looks Flawless And well taken care of. James And staff, I’ve always been excellent, and always provide me. The best service I’ve ever had and the best experience. There máster skin soeacialist here i’ve also had my spider veins treated here. My earlobes treated here. My skin tags treated here I fully trust this practice.God bless this place I’m here Til the end

If possible, I would give a negative score. I underwent laser treatment at Dr. Cui’s office in Queen Crossings to remove four dark spots from my face. Unfortunately, the procedure resulted in permanent hypopigmentation (loss of pigment) on three of the treated areas, leaving me with noticeable white spots. Given Dr. Cui’s years of experience as a dermatologist, I expected greater care and professionalism. The two treatments I received lasted about five minutes each, with minimal skin diagnostics performed beforehand—even though the total cost was $1200 for the removal of four spots.

Escripted meds to nearby pharmacy upon given written instructions for care of skin condition, explanation of clinical finding and next appointment confirmed to follow-up, using EMR as I could see tablet entries made. The front desk staff was really nice, but the female doctor was very slow and also rude. The clinic was very busy, and much of the time, the doctor was yelling at us.

Life saving office and the Dr. Cui and his nurses are sent from heaven to have their office wonder staff treat me well. I had a fungal problem that was very painful. I went o see three others in who were terrible but Dr. Cui and crew knew exactly what to do! Great treatment plan and now I’m healed! I love you all.
