This location is on the 2nd floor and I was not ready for how kind and welcoming everyone is. The place is fun looking and its super clean and new looking. I was super nervous about my appointment since it was my first time and I never look forward to any of my waxing or sugaring appointments. But the staff was so kind. She was so polite and was so gentle but professional at the same time. I love that everyone is so real, so honest, and genuine. I highly recommend it! Lazer is so painless and so fast here. the pain is little to none. It is the same sensation as if you dip your toe into a hot tub. it's only a matter of a fraction of a second and you feel the small heat. This is only to the sensitive areas, everywhere else there is no sensation. I RECOMMEND TO ALL YOU LADIES who have been torturing yourself with waxing and shaving.

My experience at Diva Spa has been norhing short of pleasant. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and the place is always clean and quiet. I came in for laser, I’ve had 5/6 sessions so far and the results have been great. I shave now, 1 a week. ( I used to shave almost every day, if not every other day) My hair grows back much thinner, my body is smoother and I’m excited to be totally hairless. Def worth it!

Came here for the first time to get botox. It's such a comfortable environment to be in that I didn't feel nervous. The ladies there are very sweet and kind. They talked me through the process of what I can expect during the treatment and the effects. They allowed me to come back for a touch up where the botox didn't stay as well as other areas, which they said would happen when I first got it and there was no charge for the touch up. Will definitely be going there from now on

Mirella and staff went ABOVE & BEYOND for both my mother and I. I accidentally put the wrong address and Mirella checked up on me made sure I safely got there second time around. I didn’t know I had to shave before a laser removal and they gave me all the goodies to do it there. I definitely recommend going for any procedure. I was so anxious for my first laser removal appointment and this spa made it PAINLESS and effortless. 10/10! Bringing more family members in-even though we come from the Bronx definitely worth the drive and tolls 😉

THE BEST I had called to find out some information about lip fillers and because I felt so comfortable I came in for a consultation to see if this was the right place for me ! The main lady who helped me on the phone greeted me, truly felt like I was talking to one of my besties Catherine the nurse who did the consultation ended up with a new client for LIFE, she told me and showed me everything that was gonna be done to me and showed me previous work which was amazing!!
