Had my first Photo Facial. Very different than a typical facial. A little uncomfortable, but definitely tolerable. Very happy with the results. The technician was very experienced and calming. Will go again.

I don’t even know where to start, but here is the experience at so called “Laser Luxury”. Back in December 2023, I spoke with the owner, Trisha, inquiring about laser treatment for my daughter. We discussed prices and she asked me not to use the Groupon (she was advertising in there) as she would give me the same prices as in Groupon. She scheduled the first laser treatment for my daughter (full legs, armpits, arms, intimate areas) with someone named Lupe. I was told that the session would last about one hour. When we arrived for the appointment, we were greeted by one of the most unfriendly faces we have ever met. No hello, no smile, no introducing herself, just a totally cold attitude. She took my daughter in the back while I was getting comfortable to read my book for one hour. Surprisingly, not even 20 minutes passed, and Lupe walked out the room informing me that my daughter was ready. I was shocked. How could she be done so quickly considering all the areas that needed to be treated? Immediately that evening, I called Trisha to inform her that I was not happy with the service with this lady, Lupe, and I asked to have my money refunded as I believed we were scammed. She told me that the money cannot be refunded but would change my daughter to a different cosmetologist. She also mentioned that I wasn’t the first customer complaining about Lupe’s attitude. Four weeks later, we went for the second appointment with Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn seemed to be pleasant, but the treatment was still not as thoroughly as it should be. Over the course of 3 months, my daughter had three sessions with Kaitlyn and they all lasted 25-30 minutes max. On our fifth session, after complaining to Kaitlyn that there were minimal results, she took her time and spent close to one hour working on my daughter. She even had to cool down the laser as it was getting too hot after 20 -25 minutes of use. At the end of the session, she did acknowledge that my daughter’s treatments were rushed and for the next session (which was the last one) she would split over two days to make it easier on my daughter’s body (laser treatments could be rather painful). A few days later, I did call Trisha to explain that the results weren’t anywhere near they were supposed to be after 5 sessions. My daughter was the best candidate as she has very white skin and dark hair which it is easily detectable by the laser. Trisha got extremely nasty with me. She was trying to convince me that my daughter was not rushed thru the treatments and the results (which are almost nonexistent, and my daughter still shaves like she used to) are normal after 5 sessions. There was so much contradiction on her comments: she would say that for an average size person the full legs of laser removal would take about 30 minutes. I would ask her: The, how come for all the treatments I paid for my daughter it didn’t take not even 30 minutes only? She would continue to try to convince me that my daughter was tiny (she isn’t tiny, she is average 5’4”, 130lb), and that she has the best advanced laser system (which wasn’t true at all, otherwise it wouldn’t get so hot after only 20 minutes of usage). She eventually became very angry and even mentioned that she would ask Kaitlyn to change the laser’s bigger head to the smaller one so it would take longer in time for the treatment. She was implying let’s torture this girl by extending the time instead of trying to improve to do the right job. I found that evil. She was nice until she got my $2,000 without paying her commission to Groupon. As soon as she got my money, there was no integrity, fairness, not to mention results or customer satisfaction. She didn’t even have the decency to offer to make things right. I should’ve read the reviews on Yelp before signing up with her. There were quite a few unsatisfied customers. She is nice until she takes your money. She calls her practice “Laser Luxury”, but there is nothing luxurious about it. A person with her attitude, no customer service satisfaction and cares just about money should not be in this business.

I’ve gotten an IPL treatment a few times from here. They have great service and the treatment has been very effective in removing sunspots on my face. Caitlin was a pleasure to speak too as well.

My wedding is coming up in November and I knew I had to get my skin on point and I am so happy I stumbled upon Caitlin at Laser Luxury. Our monthly skin care appts have transformed my face so well, after going from place to place for years and seeing no difference, with her I have noticeable changes after 2 visits. By far the best facials I have ever received!!!! Highly recommend

Updated review from my one star. It should have been 4 stars. It was emotional times for me. Tricia called me and explained that with the add -ons the service is still 40 min. and that is ok. I didn't know that. Tricia called and said she'd talk to tech about tip comment-asking for one. and they do charge a fee for AMEX which tech said was tax. Tricia admitted that was wrong. So they are 5 stars now for me. The spa is clean and I was taken promptly. The service was good but the special with the added eye and scalp massage should have been more time. I would recommend going to Laser Luxury. Tricia promised me a refund and I know she will do that. Tricia, the owner, was professional and polite and thank you for that.

I was super nervous about getting laser done. She is super nice, friendly and very fast. She kept talking through the treatment which was a great distraction and I cannot believe how quick she is. I was in and out. I highly recommend this place. It is very affordable and has a great atmosphere. You can also join the reward program and get special discounts. I've come back for a few treatments and will continue to chose this place over others.

I had an IPL treatment with Katelyn. She is knowledgeable and you see results with the first treatment. Their prices are reasonable compared to some medi spas where results aren't achieved until after multiple visits and money spent.

I recently went in for laser hair removal, it was a great experience from start to finish. The owner I think, Trisha did the procedure for almost all of my sessions. She’s very knowledgeable of the process and the laser she uses works better than previous places I had went. While I was there I noticed a facial special they had and I booked one for myself and fiancé. We both really enjoyed them, the esthetician I had was friendly and thorough. My fiancé continues going for regular visits and loves it also!! I prefer the Somers location because it’s closer to my house but both locations are equally as clean and nice.

I would recommend, Laser Luxary to any one. Very professional, clean and follows Covid guidelines ... I did my laser hair removal & teeth whitening with Trish the owner. She’s very friendly & personable.. She has reasonable prices, and different packages for a various services that she offers at her office. I will be referring my family & friends to her.
