I’ve been a loyal client of Roma for several years now, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Every single visit is consistently flawless. She has an incredible eye for detail, perfect precision, and a true talent for shaping brows to suit your unique features. She somehow always manages to clean them up while keeping them full and natural-looking, exactly how I like them! Not only is her work exceptional, but she’s also warm, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She remembers your preferences, checks in to make sure you’re comfortable, and creates a calm, clean environment that makes the experience feel more like self-care than a chore. People always ask me where I get my brows done and I proudly tell them! If you’re looking for someone who truly understands the art of threading and takes pride in her craft, Roma is the one. She’s an absolute gem, and I’m so grateful to have found her!

I came here on Saturday to do back waxing and half arm waxing with Roma, because I read good reviews about her and the salon. But unfortunately I was very much disappointed with her service. First of all, when she waxed my arm she didn't remove all the hairs even though the hairs were long enough to be removed. When I pointed them out to her, she tried to remove them but wasn't able to, although before she started waxing I asked her if the hairs could come out with the wax and she told me yes. I have been to so many other salons where I have done waxing and they were able to remove all the hairs, even the shortest ones. So, this clearly shows that she is unskilled at waxing. To make matters worse, she charged me $35 for the half-arm waxing which she didn't even do properly!!! And it clearly says on their Instagram page that half-arm waxing is $20. I don't mind paying $35 if she did it properly, but she didn't, so I felt that I was scammed. And in the end she told me not to come to her on Fridays and Saturdays because she would be busy. I really can't understand how a business owner says such a thing to a customer. I am a customer too and I am paying $110, and she has the nerve to say something like that to me!! Anyways I am not going to come here AT ALL after this horrible experience at this place, and I am going to tell all my friends who come here not to come again. I didn't feel valued or respected as a customer. Honestly, any other salon would do a better job than them and respect them their customers.

Oh my god!!! My girls got their own place as they should because they are the best in the business. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 15 years and these 2 are the precise! Super clean environment, beautiful new place, Sweety and Rooma are always so welcoming. My fiancé and I have initially meet the ladies at the mall and followed them over to beauty lounge and will continue to follow them anywhere! Keep up the great work xoxo
