Syracuse Laser Spa is the best!! Their prices can't be beat, and the customer service is excellent! They really make you feel at home there. Also, the hours are very flexible. They even have evening appointments! I am able to get an appointment when I want, at the time I want as well. Most of all, the results are amazing! They are permanent. I'm not even finished with the treatment yet, and I'm already impressed! Brittany is my laser technician, and she does amazing work!!! Thank you for everything!!! I will definitely continue to go back!

When I went to Syracuse Laser Spa to begin treatment on facial hair removal, I was very nervous. From the moment I walked into the Spa, I immediately felt comfortable and confident in my decision to begin treatment. I have had several of the technicians, and they have all been wonderful and very professional. Lucy Perry has been the girl I have seen the last few times, and again, always a wonderful experience. I haven't regretted my decision for a second and wish I would have done it YEARS sooner!! My confidence has increased 1000%, and the financing option is a plus too :)

I love Syracuse Laser Spa. They have a wonderful staff, all very friendly and professional. They explain the treatments thoroughly including after care and the Laser Spa is clean and comfortable. I am extremely happy with my laser hair removal and I am just about halfway through on a few body areas. I find the laser treatments comfortable too, so much so I took the plunge after seeing the advertising in the office for the Brazilian laser treatment and let's just say I am happy I did it and told everyone how great it was. Go Brazilian Laser.. NO MORE WAX! NO MORE INGROWN HAIRS! NO MORE PAIN! The staff is very discreet and they make you feel comfortable. I love my technician Lucy and when I have to make an appointment when Lucy isn't there that day, I get equally wonderful treatment from LeeAnn. These ladies know what they are doing and my sessions are quick, efficient, fun, and full of care. I totally feel pampered and I am not uncomfortable or embarrassed which is a major relief. I highly recommend Syracuse Laser Spa to anyone thinking about laser hair removal. They will work with you so you can afford to look good and feel good.

I love this place. I went to two other places for laser hair removal previously. Both of them were a huge mistake. They tried to rip me off, were very rude and didn't event do a good job with the laser treatment. These guys, however, are very professional. They are polite and helpful, and they try to give you the best service with everything. They are great with setting up appointments, they don't make you wait long before your appointments and they have a shorter waiting period between treatments. Best of all, they don't persistently try to sell you something. As for the treatments, I haven't had them long enough to say if they are effective in the long term, but there certainly is a significant reduction with the few treatments I've had. I've had my treatments from different people each time. They were all great and did a great job with coverage. Lucy P, who I had my last treatment with, was extra attentive and gave me a very nice offer. I really wish there were more businesses like this!

I drive from Rochester to go to the Syracuse Laser Spa. This location has offered me the most for my money and continues to inform me of specials, so that I can choose to affordably add more to my treatment when I am ready. The space is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I have been able to have wonderful conversations with each staff member during my treatments. The laser is great, with a shot of cool water at the end of every burst. I would recommended laser treatments and the Syracuse Laser Spa to anyone interested in permanently getting rid of unwanted hair as well as a rejuvenating, pleasant experience. Michelle
