Borod Spa is beautifully serene. It is clean and inviting, and everyone is friendly. Korin is an amazing aesthetician. She worked closely with me to design my eyebrow shape and style before starting the microblading process. Korin shares what she is doing during every step of the process. She also checks in frequently while microblading to ensure that you are comfortable and pain free. Diana followed up with me consistently to find out how I was healing and feeling. I feel taken care of and supported throughout. I would highly recommend Borod Spa for a number of cosmetic procedures.

I have been going to Diana at Borod Spa for some time now and my only regret is that I did not find Diana and this beautiful, pristine & tranquil spa years ago. Diana is by far the best esthetician I have ever been to and the level of expertise and service you experience at Borod is unsurpassed. I go to Diana for recurring micro needling facials and over time, I have added additional treatments and each one brings huge improvement to my skin and glow factor:) There is never a hard sell like I've experienced at other salons, but trust me, I would very happily follow any recommendation that Diana offers. I cannot recommend this spa and Diana enough, it is truly the best and I look forward so much to each visit. I would give ten stars if I could, thanks Diana and Borod!

She’s not only incredibly professional and kind, but also clearly experienced and highly knowledgeable in post-op care. I came across Borod Spa when I was researching post-op massages and I couldn't be happier I chose them. My experience was nothing short of amazing! The facility is very clean and cozy, and the staff is professional, personable and friendly. They always addressed me by my name when I arrived and really developed a relationship with me which is important when you're going through post-op treatments - it was so nice! Diana, the owner was so welcoming and had great communication with upcoming appointments. Viviana took care of my post-op massages and she was so knowledgable. She personalized treatment sessions to my needs and I felt and saw results immediately. I will definitely be going back for facials and any other treatments I need in the forseeable future! The BEST! As soon as you walk into Borod Spa you know your in good hands. It is a beautiful, sparkling clean, quite space. Diana and Sarah are truly AMAZING. They made me feel so comfortable. They are over qualified with their training and certifications to complete a their full service medical spa. Specializing in facials, massages, skin treatments just to list a few. I had my 1st massage today and at the end I bought a package for 5 sessions. I live in Manhattan and will def be making a weekly trip to these lovely ladies. I had a wonderful experience here. I got a massage and my eyebrows waxed. My masseuse was amazing. She took her time, made sure it was exactly what I wanted in my hour and she was polite and friendly. Everyone I interacted with here was polite and friendly. I also had my eyebrows waxed. A different women did them. She took at at least 20 min to make sure my brows were perfect! The entire place is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The whole staff wants to make sure you have a good experience.

Diana is so good at what she does! I have been doing the lymphatic drainage massages, and I’m finally getting the strength back in my body thanks to her! She is gentle and doesn’t rush the massages at all. Always punctual. I like this place better than all other spa’s in white plains that I’ve tried.
