Great beautiful spa! I went a few weeks ago to get my first facial done by Jackie and she did fantastic! Jules at the front desk did a great job helping me figure out what type of facial would be best for me and my skin. Both ladies were sweethearts! Jackie made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The facial felt amazing and left my skin looking fresh and radiant. She even gave me some tricks and tips! 10/10 place highly recommend!!!

Jackie is amazing! This was the best facial I’ve ever had—my skin has never looked or felt this good. She’s so personable, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen and tailor everything to my needs. We set up a skincare schedule and even talked about adding in spa days. I’m so glad I found her—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone! Ethan gives the best massages! I drive 9 hours a day for work and get really bad neck and back pain. I went in late one evening and Ethan was just amazing. I’ve waited to write this review to see how my pain levels are and he took care of majority of my pain. I tried every other treatment - chiropractor/ cupping/ stretching etc. and this massage solved my pain. Can’t wait to come back

I had a wonderful experience here. Not my first time, been here about three times. However, Julie is so kind and amazing and helpful. I cannot stress it enough. This is my second time going to her, she made sure to ask me where I was sore, what hurt, and whatnot. She was extremely thorough and attentive to every area I spoken to her about. I’ve had many massages and this one was the best. I left feeling amazing, and the tension in my neck was very much relieved. Thank you, Julie!

Worst massage ever. Went here twice, two different therapist, both times were awful. First time I figured maybe it was just the therapist, but two separate sessions with separate people and both times equally awful. Wasn’t even a full hour. Started late and ended 10 minutes early. Will never return.

My bridal party and I were so pampered at the Tres Aurae salon! Nails, hair, and makeup! Everything turned out amazing and their service is exceptional. The morning of my wedding they even had a table set up and all decorated for us to have breakfast/brunch set up on. I felt my prettiest the day of my wedding thanks to them. All the girls are so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were also super convenient because they are located within the Wyndham Garden Hotel which is where I stayed and my hotel block was set up. Would definitely recommend!

I have had two recent excellent experiences at Tres Aurae. Jacqueline gave me an amazing facial. It was physically and neurologically relaxing. My face loved it, too. I booked another session before I left. About a month ago, Thomas gave me a half-hour massage. I was running late and had left a rough day prior to getting there. In no time, Thomas kneaded the kinks from my neck and had me laughing and in a positive mindframe. It's obvious Tres Aurae has quality and qualified staff. They care about improving people's lives, and it shows in their abilities. I highly recommend Tres Aurae.

For starters I booked for 2:15, which they told me was the last opening, and said I could come as early as 2pm. I even called the day of to confirm due to being a first time out of town guest. Waiting (although brief) and undressing time was not taken into account so the appointment time should have been 2pm and I should have been told come at 1:45. We were done by 3:01 and the therapist were walking out with us. It was not relaxing, I felt rushed, and cheated.majority of the time was spent on my left shoulder when actually my right is the most painful. The back and rest of my body was just passed over. It was either too much pressure or literally none at all when it comes to the massage attempt…pinch-press-or caress then turned into a stretch session (why was anything being pulled or rotated). I was so confused and the only reason I didnt complain at the time is because it was Father’s Day and I didnt want to kill the vibe! Not worth the price, its my fault for the last minute pick 🥴 My experience was almost IDENTICAL to the below review by Jessica. I thought I was safe because I made sure to get gentleman by another name but now Im wondering if he just used an alias, or if all the males there have similar techniques.
