The billing department will claim they billed your insurance company, then bill you saying insurance never responded, but insurance company will say they never received a bill. You'll receive surprise bills 2 years later and then when you try to communicate with Franz he will either belittle you on the phone, threaten you with collections when he never even billed insurance, or ignore your phone calls. Don't go here.

Dr. Brown was the first doctor to LISTEN with care to my problems. I struggled for 5 years with other doctors before coming to Dr. Brown and she had me diagnosed within 2 months of my first visit! The office can be hectic, and I’ve never actually received a bill and have to ask to pay my balance in office, but the care is top notch.

Dr Brown's used to be a great office, but really declined over the years. We were billed for services that no one received several times...sometimes receiving a bill for an alleged service years prior. We call and try to clear things up regularly with only more issues and more confusions. I currently have two charges on my flex spending card for them and they tell me they have no record of the services. Give me a refund then! Stay far away from this place.

Would not recommend! Agree with others complaining about billing.. they messed mine up also. Dr Brown seems to think we all have money like she does... belittled me into saying I should take care of myself, I should be able to pay for the diet shots and pellets. The last time I believe she gave me too much hormones in the pellets. 2 days later I had terrible swelling in my feet and ankles. (Never had before in my life) when I went back to have this checked, the NP "saw me" ... never even looking at my feet, and wrote me a rx for water pill. I then spoke with Dr brown and she assured me this was not a side effect. When I looked up side effects the first thing was swelling in ankles. Very unprofessional not to even look at my feet before prescribing medication!! And now I'm getting a $80 bill bc they didn't turn it into insurance like they should have. The whole office needs investigated in my opinion. I definitely would NOT recommend this practice!

I had a great experience with Dr. Brown over the few years I’ve frequented her office. But I can’t stand their billing department. They’ve continuously messed up my statements even after calling several times and even once engaging in a three way call with a rep from my insurance company and them to try to figure out the issue. When the issue was discovered, the billing dept claimed they’ll resolve it but never did. I’m still getting bills for something the insurance already paid for, and they keep giving me the run around by never returning my phone calls. Again, this has little to do with Dr. Brown herself as she’s a great doctor, but I just cannot see myself returning and continuing my care there as long as they keep screwing up my billing.

Very unprofessional, rude and belittling. Also, there is no actual billing department it seems. Therefore, my statements are always wrong and there is never anyone to talk to about the issue. I would never recommend this practice, so called “Med Spa” to anyone. I agree with others, it should be 100% investigated!

Dr. Brown is amazing! She is always extremely professional and friendly when I come in. I came to Dr. Brown about clearing up dark spots, acne scars etc, and her XEO and Juliet lasers work wonders. I have never gotten better results anywhere else (and I have tried so many things)! I never felt uncomfortable and the nurses always have a smile that makes you feel welcome.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I missed an appointment that I had booked last year. In March I was diagnosed with cancer and have had surgery plus chemo so my memory is a bit foggy. When I received the no show bill I called them to inform them between the time I had last been there and now I had medicaid insurance. I also explained that I had cancer so my memory is bad right now causing me to forget to cancel the appointment. The billing manager or whoever I spoke to on the phone did not have any empathy at all and claimed I still owed them $25. Which is illegal to do because I have medicaid. Absolutely would not recommend this place at all. Go next door, the are nicer there and don't shame cancer patients for missing appointments.

I have been with this office for 15 years! When I am having problems or whatever I need the Doctors strive to get to the bottom of it! And they always do! Dr. Brown is amazing and so is Dr. Moore! The nurses are even welcoming and very friendly! Always have a great experience here!!!
