This was my fourth treatment with Ideal Image kenwood location , and I continue to be so impressed by their staff and professionalism. I had the pleasure of being treated by Taylor this time, and she was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Even during the slightly more intense moments, she was patient, attentive, and constantly made sure I was okay — offering breaks, explaining what she was doing, and keeping a calm, reassuring tone. That kind of attentiveness really puts you at ease and makes such a difference in how the treatment feels. Taylor truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have the best possible results. I left feeling cared for, confident, and very thankful. Highly recommend seeing her if you book a session!

I had such a great experience with Corey at the Ideal Image Kenwood location! She was so professional, kind, and really took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable. My results look so natural — exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell she really knows her stuff and truly cares about her clients. The front desk staff at Kenwood were also amazing — super welcoming, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I couldn’t recommend this location (and Corey!) more. As a Louisville resident, I have no issues driving two hours north to this Ideal Image. They understand when I say I want to micro tox (baby Botox). They don’t try to upsell me or convince me that I won’t get the result that they think I want. I don’t want my lines to be gone, just softened. I also appreciate that they understand that there are other preventative skin care options and make recommendations based on my needs and lifestyle. Great job you all!

Went in for cheek filler. Receptionist was very friendly and lobby was welcoming. Taylor, Mallory and Kelsey were being trained on using a cannula. They explained the procedure in detail and kept me comfortable during the procedure. I love the outcome. complete scam I went through a full face treatment that should have been permanent. Now I have to go back for touch ups frequently. They have changed the touch up price from $30 to 70 to to 199 for each touch. what was the point of "lifetime membership" by now ive paid for the service twice. Additionally service has gotta worse over last 5 years. The stupid app hasnt worked for months now to schedule an apt and you on the phone forever for someone to pick up. 0/10.
