I loved my experience at Premier Laser Spa. I've had laser hair removal at other facilities in Cincinnati and this was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've had. The procedure was quick and painless. When the doctor did the 'test' area, I didn't even realize it had started because there was no pain. I had my first appointment at Premier Laser Spa of Cincinnati a few weeks ago and I have only great things to say about my experience! The ladies were very friendly and welcoming, Amy was informative and made me feel very comfortable. My two suggestions for them: sell the clear after sun gel, and then tell people when they schedule their consult that if they decide to go through with treatment after their consult that they can be seen immediately.

I just completed my first treatment at Premier Laser Spa of Cincinnati. Although Jim spent time with me to discuss the treatment, I didn't know exactly what to expect. The treatment was much quicker than I thought it would be - only 5 minutes! - and was a much better experience than waxing. Amy was very quick and reassuring. I don't know what the results will be like after all my treatments, but I'm certainly looking forward to avoiding the spa in the future for anything wax related :) After my consultation, Premier Laser Spa sent me a hand written note and Amy said she'd call me in a couple of weeks to see how well the treatment is working. Everyone is very friendly and the spa is very clean and orderly. Overall a very good experience!

I was a bit skeptical at first but very glad I went through with it. After only my first treatment, I noticed substantially less and finer hair that re-grew. I am currently having treatments on four different areas and only need to shave maybe twice a month after only 3 treatments. The staff at Premier Laser Spa is wonderful! They were very thorough with the consultation and were able address any and all inquiries you may have. They always seem to be able to meet your appointment needs with ease and the laser tech is great! She makes you feel completely at ease and checks in with you to make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. They also keep you up-to-date with any upcoming special offers. I would highly recommend it!!

I was really skeptical of laser hair removal but I did my research, found the best machines and when I found a deal at Premier, I had to try it. I've currently had 2 treatments and the results have been amazing. Two weeks after my first treatment I noticed substantially less hair on my lower legs just as Amy had said! I have very dark, course hair but my regrowth was so much thinner and lighter than with regular shaving. The staff is so wonderful and I have been so happy with my choice!

I Love Amy (laser tech)! She is wonderful, gentle and very knowledgeable. The laser treatments are not painful at all. It’s much better than tweezing or waxing, and it takes hardly any time at all! Kim the receptionist is very warm and friendly. What is also great is that they were always prompt with their appointments. I am glad I went to Cincinnati Premier Laser Spa!

I'm so happy I made the choice to finally go through with laser hair removal through Premier Laser Spa of Cincinnati. They have awesome pricing as is, and also ran an awesome promotion that it made it hard to turn down! I was also happy to hear that they are associated with other "Premier Laser Spas" in several other cities in the surrounding states, and they would honor any discounts/guarantees I would be able to receive since I've had other treatments with them, which is nice since I don't plan to live in Cincinnati in the next few years and they have a location where I plan to move. With the start of summer, I already had started to tan and they worked with me allowing me to move my first appointment back a month and I was still able to have the same deal (so if you're looking into laser hair removal and you're new to it, make sure you don't tan before). My first appointment was really laid back and Amy the laser tech helped make me feel comfortable right away. It's been almost 6 weeks since my first appointment of 8 (they also guarantee the hair will be gone after 8 treatments and will touch it up if hair comes in after the last treatment), and I've already noticed a decrease in my shaving habits and some patchy spots. I never thought as a woman that I would be excited for hair loss, but I'm looking forward to my final treatment and the results from it. I would recommend people to go there for any laser hair removal they would like.

I cannot begin to explain how glad I am that I made the decision to get laser hair removal from Premier Laser Spa! The staff are so respectful and professional! When I first started my treatments, I was embarrassed about some of the areas I chose to do, but they made me feel comfortable the whole way through. I am now almost complete with some of my treatments and about halfway through the ones I chose to add on later. I know for a fact that I will be hair free by next summer, and that is an incredible feeling!
