Very good customer service from Akeela. Highly recommend as she is a skilled NP so she has great medical knowledge as a background for any services you would need. She is a pro at making you feel comfortable and walks you through the entire process and checks in with you to make sure things are going well. Caitlyn was also great and although she did not perform my service she was very nice and knowledgeable and I’m confident in her abilities as well. Separately, the woman that greeted me when I came in for my appointment was also great. She was very friendly and warm. However, the young lady at the desk when I left was quite cold. She did not look up at all from what she was doing to ask if I had a good experience and she looked as though she was having a bad day. Hopefully she can perk up in the future because being a first time client I wasn’t sure if I should schedule for a next appointment or not, and she did not speak to me or smile or look approachable at all.

If you have an appointment with her you’ll never want an appointment with someone else again - her attitude, care, and attention to detail are unmatched. This is my 2nd visit here at Ideal Image. The staff is always nice and courteous. My Nurse this time around was Donna, very informative, and professional. I felt very comfortable, and at ease with her. She explained everything in detail with every treatment. She never failed to ask me questions like, are you comfortable ? Do u need anything? Unfortunately these days it’s hard to find professionalism coupled with caring and genuine kindness. Hopefully I will have Donna again. Thank you so much.
