My experience with this place has been a complete nightmare!! From the start I had a very rude lady named Julie try to treat me like I was an idiot because I got my insurance approval before they did!! Wish now idve just left it alone and went elsewhere. I sucked it and went ahead with my surgery. I had one leg done then the other, while getting my check up for second leg they asked about the first one which still wasn’t right, so next thing I know I’m getting more medication in first leg at check up for second leg!! My next follow up appointment is scheduled, they call say the technician won’t be in they have to reschedule. Ok no problem reschedule, night before that appointment they call claimed to be cyber attacked and will have to call and reschedule. They call to reschedule then call back talking about they couldn’t schedule because of payment!! First all I owed these people over 2000, I paid the first 1100 in full had to make payments on the rest and haven’t missed a payment!! At any rate it’s a follow up appointment what’s my balance have to do with that!? Poor poor shitty customer service I’d recommend living with your pain or going somewhere else where patient care is priority!!!

I've been going for tattoo removal and its a ridiculously huge tattoo and they've worked with me by using numbing cream and even injections!! I am so thankful this is an option because I've tried it with no numbing and it felt like lava lol!! I am just thankful I found them and so excited to finally get this thing removed!

They were very friendly and helpful at first. But in the end didn't finish , had issues and at 3 months check up was turned away. Because of payment issues. Job was not fishished . Legs hurt more now than when I started. Went from occasionally hurting to burning daily.

Very clean, professional facility. All of the staff were informative and friendly. Went for laser tattoo removal and both the NP and Doc explained the procedure very well. My 1st treatment session was completed during my visit. I could not be more pleased with the results just after my 1st treatment (understand results vary based on size, location, color and age of tattoo). I am more than ecstatic and can not wait for the next treatments. Thank you so much!

Initial consult & initial follow up w/ owner was great. Informative, discussed procedures & options, borchers provided. Staff was hit or miss. Either very friendly & helpful or completely uninformed & chaotic. Total of 6 visits/1.5hrs round trip ea/$450 later, w/ little to no visible progress. Staff advised basically nothing they can do but "keep trying." Extremely disappointed in lack of positive outcome all around.

I have had different procedures performed here and all have been amazing with great results. Dr. Aggarwal and Robin (RN) are very informative about ALL procedures and will make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have had the Micro needling RF, HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion, Laser Tattoo Removal, and Sclerotherapy. My daughter has also had the HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion and she has done laser for acne. They have a great skin care line that is very promising. The front office staff is always on point and very accommodating. I have been here A LOT with in the last 4 years and only have had positive experiences The environment here is very clean, professional, relaxed and if you are hesitant at all just give them a call and set up an appointment to discuss your needs and outcome desired. They are very honest and upfront about everything. You will not be disappointed here.
