I was hopeful about this place and I gave them several chances for my experience to improve. While some of the ladies there were pleasant, the medical errors out weigh that. I was going for weight loss and was given the wrong medication on my first appointment after having a televisit and expressing I did not want said medicine because I experienced side effects last time. I was sick that week but just assumed it was me adjusting to my new medicine. When I went for my second shot, Amy informed me I was given the wrong medicine the first time. That should’ve been my sign to leave immediately but as someone who was desperate to get healthy, I stayed for 4 more weeks. When I went in for my 5th shot, I got it in my arm as I always do and it immediately set my arm on fire. I messaged Amy about this and again brought up the fact that I was not happy especially since I was given the wrong medicine on my first visit. Of course she did say this was a side effect and did not address that fact that I was given the wrong medicine. My arm burned like a vein had been missed for about a week after this visit. I have also reported this business to the BBB. These ladies need to be aware of how they are treating patients and how they handle situations when patients raise concerns about medical errors. This place was never busy when I went in so I should’ve never received the wrong medicine when it was specifically in my chart what my medicine was. If you decide to go here, please make sure the women are actually paying attention to what they are doing and you are receiving what you ask for.
