Kristy is super kind and very patient. Relaxes the patient prior to treatment and takes her time. However, daughter had multiple laser treatments to bikini area without lasting results. Initially great results and within 6-9 months there was about 90% regrowth. Feel the quality of the laser used does not give lasting results. This was when she was working in Vienna. Not sure if she has updated her laser at her new location. Would recommend going elsewhere for hair removal where higher quality lasers are available that give better, lasting results. Lots of time, money, and pain for only temporary results. Was not worth it.

Kristy is the go to girl for all your spa needs. I'm having the skin tightening (which also melts the fat as it tightens) at the moment. I've already had the hair removal done. Will never having to deal with bikini area again. For my up coming wedding, I'll be having a facial, eye brow extensions (to fill in thin spots), eye lash extensions, a complete makeover and a hot stone massage if I can fit one in. Kristy has a wonderful personality and always makes you feel comfortable, no matter how personal the procedure.
