I had originally signed myself up for cool sculpting because I had a consultation with a doctor who nagged me 10000x times to sign up right then and there and when I told him I wanted to think about it he proceeded to nag me more. So I am stupid and signed up. After that I switched my service from cool sculpting to cool tone after a NP there told me I really wasn’t a candidate for cool sculpting anyways after having second thoughts. Before coming to my first appointment I tried asking several times if my loan I took out would reflect the new total, and I was told several times, yes it was. I was even given a receipt with the new total. Fast forward three months, I have gone through half my cycles. Mind you when I was going through my cycles they were nearly impossible to book because at the time they had a part time employee who only worked two days a week. I had to leave my own kids birthday party so I wouldn’t “mess my treatment up”. I am unbelievably unhappy with the staff at this place. Liz was great, I felt like she really cared, but Brittney the manager..she was laughing on the phone while I was crying over it. Extremely unprofessional for a clinic manager. This is my lively hood, and you people are supposed to make others feel better about themselves. I will pray for you, Brittney. Pray that god leads you to be a better human being and guides you to having more compassion as a “leader”.

I had a great experience at the Perrysburg location. Matthew was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. He recently had a procedure and was telling me about his experience. Alicia was my provider . It was my first time receiving Botox. She administered around my crows feet and my chin. It was a very simple experience and she constantly asked if I was OK. I was very comfortable And nothing was painful what so ever …. Overall a great experience.

Laser hair removal has made a decent difference for me. I am quite disappointed in the amount of very dark hair I still have. I would say to not have your expectations too high. I went for all 8 treatments, which is what the package includes, which i paid over 2k for and still have a significant amount of hair.

100 % would recommend the team at Perrysburg location. The minute you walk in the door, you are treated like you are important, a VIP. The entire staff is so kind. The staff at the desk were sweet as can be. Got a chance to meet the manager who took the time to calm my nerves and make me feel at ease. The NP was a Rockstar ! Explained each procedure and answered questions throughout. Gentle handles, did not even notice the needles. End results... a chef's 💋. You will not regret it. What are you waiting for?
