You won’t find better customer service. They make you feel like family. I’ve been going here for a cpl years and they have never tried to up sell me or talk me into getting procedures I don’t need. If anything she has talked me out of spending money on procedures I don’t need. They always have the best prices. If you’re looking for a business, that will work with you and that understands the economy is broken right now this is where you wanna go queens I promise you, you will not regret it.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude for all of the help they have given me for the checkmark shaped scar on my face from a car accident I had back in March of 2023. The care and compassion given to me by Jeanne and Jess has been hands down the best treatment I've recieved anywhere i have treated if my doctors worked as hard and as tirelessly as they have id be in tip top shape physically. I would have feeling back in my left arm and leg if my doctors could give a fraction of the care these ladies have given me, they have truly touched my soul and have made me feel the love words just can't express the gratitude I feel for them!

Jeannie is the BEST 10/10 recommend I got lip filler & I am amazed with the results As soon as you walk in they make you feel at home & welcome , she talked me through all the procedures,risks, pre & post care & possible side effects ; Top tier customer service , & the procedure was pain free & so quick !! It felt less like a “medical procedure “ & more like a “spa service” it was my first time ever getting filler & she comforted& reassured me every step of the way; she was so gentle ; & made sure that I had no pain or discomfort she put numbing cream on my lips to sit for about 15 mins until they were completely numb & I couldn’t feel a thing, I laid back and relaxed & before I knew it she was finished ; she even helped me save money with a coupon I’m so happy with the results ; I’ve had so many compliments from co workers , & I have referred them all to on the esplanade
