Do Not visit *******************I am formally documenting a serious incident that occurred during a laser treatment at your clinic. I have been receiving laser treatments for approximately 10 years and have never experienced burns prior to this visit. During my recent appointment, the nurse identified as Christine did not wear gloves while performing the laser procedure. Following the treatment, I sustained burns in multiple areas. This incident raises significant concerns regarding negligence, failure to follow proper safety and hygiene protocols, and a breach of professional standards. Due to the physical harm and distress caused, I am in the process of pursuing legal action against the clinic. All related medical records, photographs, and communications are being documented for this purpose. ///// ////// You obviously had no defense, so you resorted to calling me fake. I visited your clinic once, and that was more than enough. I will never return. This place is a joke. Being open only two days a week is not normal it’s a warning sign. People should read the worst reviews before ever stepping into this clinic. I have never been burned by laser treatments before, and this happened here. That is my real experience. You don’t get to label it “fake” what you should do was to talk to your fake nurse. I paid for a full package for 6 sessions and received only one session. Of course I’m getting my money back. I’m not returning to a sketchy, unprofessional operation that behaves like a scam. On top of that, you had absolutely no right to take my cards, lock me in a room, charge them, and then hand them back. That is not normal or acceptable business practice. People are charged after a service is provided—not detained and charged upfront. And to top it off, you don’t even accept Apple Pay. In 2025, that alone says a lot. Everything about this clinic is off. ."

I've been a customer of reflections spa since their old location (before COVID). The current one is just as beautiful, friendly, and clean! Big parking lot in the back. To me, the biggest pros are that they have competitive pricing and they honor their "never expires" policy. I had to pause treatments for about 3.5 years due to pregnancies/breastfeeding, and they honored my precovid remaining services. When I called, it was like I hadn't paused, they remembered me, and were super happy to help me finish the services! Genuinely an awesome locally owned business! Cannot recommend highly enough!
