I had an excellent first experience here, from booking via phone call to the actual appointment itself. I was floored when I walked into the waiting area to see around 25 people waiting to be seen. Even though they were slammed, the service desk was patient and efficient in getting everyone squared away. My nurse, Angie, was quick to get be to the exam room and was super kind and helpful. Dr Pettit was super friendly and cordial through my first full body skin exam. Both biopsies performed were quick and painless. I’m happy I prebooked my annual appointment for next year because I have every reason to return to this office. Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed with the care my mom received by Dr. Latorre. After finally convincing her to go to a derm, which she has never been to before, to get a skin cancer screening, I hoped that she would have had a better experience. Two biopsies were performed, one leaving essentially a very noticeable crater in my mom’s face. The doctor was ruling out a non-melanoma skin cancer and there was absolutely no reason to go that deep on a cosmetically-sensitive area. She also did not explain that she was prescribing my mom an intense chemotherapy cream and that it was very important for her to stay out of the sun. The biopsy plus ligquid nitrogen plus prescription is very overkill for a lesion of this nature and seems like a way to upcharge patients. Of course, my mom’s name was spelled wrong in the system, causing a huge insurance hassle. The practice also did not give the path lab our insurance and we got an insane bill. The instructions on the rx were also wrong. Overall the doctor did not give my mom the time of day nor explained anything that she was doing or ways to prevent skin cancer. My mother will not be going back for a full skin cancer screening which was not even offered at the time of her visit. But, my mom did note that the medical assistant was very kind and helpful.

Dr. Wenker was so kind and gentle. I had a pretty intense reaction to a cosmetic injection and was terrified. He immediately put me at ease and we talked a bit about how intense the pressure it to remain youthful. He asked if I wanted a gentle or aggressive approach which I appreciated.

I went in to have a spot checked by Dr. Sara Huff, not my doctor who I see for all my visits. After she looked at my spot I asked her about a spot above my eye. Her response was “you made your appointment to look at one spot so would you like to schedule another appointment?” I was shocked by her response when I asked her to look at my eye. She did look at it but I wanted to tell her I waited for you for 35 minutes and you are reacting this way. I guess she is not too concerned about getting new referrals. Yes I came in for one spot and I was not expecting a full body exam. Hopefully she will change her bed side manners.

Great experience. They had some new patient paperwork online that I could complete prior to the visit. The last 2 forms could have been uploaded as well. I didn't have to wait super long until I was called. My appointment time was about 15 minutes after I was seen. All in all, the doctor was professional. The nurse was a little argumentative and over stepped her role (in my opinion) not her place to offer a diagnosis or outcome, no matter how spot on she may or may not be. My next visit I will ask the nurse to let the doctor diagnose... The scheduling lady was very nice and helpful. The office was clean, and masks were optional.

I was greeted with a smile from registration to check out. Professional and caring. Jordan (clinical staff) was very kind and professional in her interactions with both myself and Dr. Donnelly. This was my first visit with Dr. Donnelly after a bad experience with a different Derm office. He was so informative, took the time to listen and offered the best course of treatment. I recommend this office 110%!

Came inside front desk lady had a light attitude to me when i didn't understand a question ignored that the other lady's were nice, but when the doctor spoke to me when i was uncomfortable with one procedure he got an attitude towards me and told me that this is my only option and if i don't like that then i have to see a different doctor after i was told that i had atleast 3 options and the doctor said those but said he WOULDNT want to do them? why is a doctor picking and choosing what they want to do? shouldn't it be the PATIENT who decides on what medical procedure they would like to. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. That doctor should have a write up for making a person have a panic attack in there OFFICE AND WALK OUT. if you don't want to work.

They need a new office manager. Their notification for the next appointment sucks. They call you don't talk to you leave a a message which I never listen to. You don't know you had an appointment until you get the $35 bill. Dr's. are great 👍

Dr. Pettit is an excellent doctor. He is super nice and does such an incredible job over all. The medical assistants like Joelle and Angie are amazing as well. The front however needs a class in empathy. They are not very kind to elderly patients. I watched as the person who sits in the middle came out and aggressively spoke to a new patient. The same person aggressively spoke to another patient about his insurance. This is not the first time witnessing the front and their intolerance for patients. The front really takes away from a fantastic clinical team.
