Ideal image made my first lip injection experience so fun and comfortable. Jess was so great throughout the process, making sure I wasn’t in pain and that I was happy with the results the entire way through. I will definitely be coming back! Heather and Shannon were also amazing and so accommodating with getting me scheduled with my crazy life (while also listening to two toddlers yell into the phone, they just laughed it off and remained kind and welcoming). Loved the entire experience ❤️ Thank you to this wonderful team for making a tired mama feel pretty!

Paid 720 for botox. Went back they wouldn't put more in. I didn't get the results I wanted. Way to conservative. When you do botox you need to be creative every person has different needs and desires. Sometimes you have to 💉 in other areas to achieve the results you want. They will only inject in 5 areas of the forehead. Had to go elsewhere spend another 800 just to get the results I should have had in the first place. I love the results I achieved from the other place. She injected all over other than just 5 places. That was a waste of my $ 700 there.

Couldn't speak more highly of my experience at Ideal Image. I had cool sculpting quoted elsewhere. Ideal Image didn't just quote a better price (well less than half!) but they explained why each quote was different and why I didn't need so many treatments to achieve what I was looking for. They were educational before they were salespeople. And they explained what coolsculpt could and could not do. There are limitations and they were clearly explained. I looked forward to my appointments. These ladies are hilarious. And the results are beyond what I imagined they could be for a cosmetic procedure that basically just freezes your fat cells. 100% recommend this location and cool sculpt.

Went inside for a consultation waited 40 minutes before being seen. While in the office I felt pressured and forced to sign. Never saw the equipment/shown the office or anything else because she was late to see me. Even when saying i'd like to think about it she kept telling me the price is only good for the consultation. Saying how good she "deal" was and why not now. That's predatory. Sadly I had a skin cancer concern so I reached out to out 10 days in advance to put a hold on everything until I could find out the diagnosis. As icing on top the appointment was never canceled after calling twice about the issue. Still tried to charge me.Thats unprofessional and now I am stuck with them.

I love everything about this place. Everyone was very kind and professional. The facility is always pristine. I went here for my first laser hair removal treatment about two years ago and finished my last one in May this year (2023). I went because I have extremely thick hair everywhere, but it was especially bad on my chin. I painfully plucked my chin daily and you could still see where hair was coming in that was just too short for even tweezers to grab. I could see my husband notice it at times and it made me so self conscious. I even had to be careful when hugging my kids because when I would, if my chin touched their shoulder, they would say “Ouch, mom your whiskers.” Ugh….what a gut wrenching feeling that was. That would mostly happen at night because I would pluck in the morning and by night, there would be growth that would protrude out. I had done “laser hair removal “ from another place in the past that was significantly less, but you get what you pay for and it didn’t work. However, thank goodness for Ideal Imaging. It truly works! Now, don’t think you can go one time and it is done. It is a process. However, I noticed astonishing results from the beginning. I also got my underarms done and my full legs. My husband says it is the best money we ever spent! My legs were also a problem area because my hair was so thick and grows instantly. I would shave, step out of the shower and have stubble immediately. Now my legs are smooth as butter and not only do I love it, but my husband does too. Just a simple thing to be able to put your bare legs on your husband while relaxing on the couch without having to worry about feeling like sand paper! I have a follow up treatment in January. It has been 7 months since my last treatment and it is still going strong. I will do the follow up treatments because for all of my areas it is not that much and as they explain, it is unlikely, but possible that hormones could create new hair growth. I have not needed to shave or buy shaving products in over two years and this is coming from someone whose biggest self esteem and physical intimacy issues were her hair stubble. Well I'm old... lol... 70.... needed a little " pick me up" for my lower face. I could not be more pleased.. IDEAL IMAGE is awesome.. from the time you walk in.. you are greeted and made to feel relaxed. I was told how, why and what to expect with every step of the procedure. I am so impressed with the outcome of this first phase I can't wait to go back in two weeks... the gal that did the injections ( forgive me I Can't remember her name) is truly an artist with a needle .. after the numbing agent was applied and took affect I can honestly say I had very little discomfort and I could tell it was because of her experience and how she works the needle... 5 stars for my entire experience!

While the laser hair removal process worked to minimize (not completely remove) my hair growth, the facility and staff was very unprofessional. The level of service you receive at your initial consult, does not convey through the rest of the process. From having newbie technicians who didn't know what they were doing and were more nervous then the person receiving the treatment, to having appts cancelled since there were no technicians available, to having a technician stop in the middle of my treatment to go work on another client. The experience and atmosphere did not align with the sticker price. Do Not Recommend Ideal Image of Youngstown and will not be using any of their services in the future (believe me, they try to upsell you at each and every visit).

Finished my treatments and still hair growth. Wish I had just saved the money. The staff is very nice, but sometimes they say some back handed comments to get you to spend more money. Like insult you with a smile, oh you like to shave and pluck and won’t add on more treatment. Or wow you have lots of hair on your cheeks can we sign you up to take care of that. At end I finally said no because it hasn’t worked why would I spent more money.

My experience with Ideal Image and laser hair removal has been amazing and life changing! I’ve struggled with thick dark hormonal hair growth on my face ( chin, neck, upper lip and jaw line ) for years and only one session in i immediately saw results! I’m now on my third session out of nine and I’ve barely had any growth back since! I’m feeling much more confident with myself and this is worth every single penny! Jessica who usually takes care of my treatments is also AMAZING she’s so personable and easy to talk to and makes me feel super comfortable. I always ask for her if she’s available. If you’re thinking about doing it, DO IT! it’s so worth it.
