Dr. Mary Christian Reed is very skilled and talented. She removed skin cancer from my face and it actually healed so well that my friend even ask me “which eyebrow was it again”! She is also very kind and she has compassion which is rare these days! The staff is always so upbeat and helpful. I would highly recommend her for all demonology needs!! She really is the best!

Everyone at this office is wonderful. They've created a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Even during my surgery, they made me feel comfortable. They're very thorough, which I appreciate. I would recommend Dr. Christian-Reed to anyone. She has a great bedside manner, not to mention her impressive credentials, and she is a Mohs surgeon.

I'm only giving a three star because Dr Reed's PA was very nice. I originally wanted to go here because my daughter's acne was really getting out of hand and Dr Reed was highly recommended. We went for our third visit today, but was past ten minutes late after the office assistant finished up rescheduling another patient. I was told their policy is if you're more than 10 minutes late, she'd have to reschedule you, but that she'd go check. She came back telling me we could wait if we want, but no gaurentee on when or if we'd even get in. I understand needing to stick to the schedule, but we do wait to get in even being on time. I just really felt like they were telling me they have plenty of patients and I'm disposable to them. I won't be back!

I actually really loved this place! The problem is scheduling. I was doing laser hair removal and THREE times in the last 6 weeks they have called to cancel my appointment 24-48 hours before. I was suppose to have a session tomorrow, so cleared my work calendar and got a sitter. When they called today to 'reschedule' for another week for the third time, I told them I would have to find somewhere else. I understand things come up, but it's not worth it to have to wait weeks and cancel last minute repeatedly. UPDATE: Within a few hours of posting, Dr. Reed herself called to apologize. She seemed unaware this had happened repeatedly and wanted to correct it - she offered me a time around my original (well, second rescheduled ha!) appointment to do the laser herself. I really appreciate the effort - and like I said, I do really actually like the practice a lot so hope this was just a weird situation and I can keep going.

Uncommon professionalism by entire team. Dr Reed performed a cancer removal from my face. Took over 5 hours. About 50 stitches later I am cancer free and look like a movie star. I could not be happier. So comforting to know this kind of care is still available. I am forever a fan. ps They have the very best appointment reminder system I’ve ever seen (and heard).

I had a very disappointing experience overall with this dermatology clinic. I came in as a new patient needing a simple mole removal. The tech who assisted me was super helpful and kind and did a very thorough evaluation. She took a picture of the mole and everything. Dr. Guidry came in and told me it wasn't a mole but a skin tag. I asked if she was sure because it definitely looked like a mole to me and she said yes and rushed through the procedure. Apparently she didn't look at the picture that her assistant took because she removed a skin tag that was right next to the mole and was out the door before either the tech or I realized what had happened. The assistant was mortified and so apologetic and seemed worried she would be blamed. I was a little mortified too but the two spots were pretty close to each other so I didn't really say anything and waited for Dr. Guidry to come back and remove the mole like I asked. Her reaction to this misunderstanding was pretty unprofessional. She didn't apologize or try to make me feel at ease- she was openly annoyed and said "looks like you're getting two for the price of one." Like I had planned this? Two weeks later I received a bill for this removal even though I paid immediately after my appointment. No one at the office had any good reason why I would be charged twice and they told me it was a mistake. I'm not sure what is going on at this place but it seems like a mess overall and I definitely wouldn't trust them with any future skin concerns.
