Today was supposed to be the day I was waiting for! Unfortunately I got notified the day of that my appointmen (45 minutes before) that it was cancelled! I had already driven about a hour and half, parked, and was walking in when I saw the missed call. This was my second attempt at making an appointment. The first attempt I booked online and the office returned my call that it was unavailable and rescheduled. So today while in there parking garage I was rescheduled again for an appointment in another 22 days!!!! It's very difficult, and possibly for most people, to get off work early for a cosmetic procedure. Both times I have had to reschedule with a receptionist named Jessica who wasn't even the least bit apologetic or even pleasant for someone representing the office. It's very discouraging. I am attaching a pic that I received to confirm the appointment both on Saturday and yesterday (appointment was for Tuesday). It's been almost two months and still have yet to get into the office. I will update the review again when I have the procedure, but wanted to make a honest review since most offices don't hesitate to CHARGE you if you cancel as a patient/customer.

I had the 15/40 laser treatment, it did sting a little bit (I'm a huge baby!) The technician Erika was very accommodating and understanding with letting me take little breaks. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it, and answered every question I had. This is an amazing facility, and all of the staff were warm and friendly. I highly recommend :-)

I bought a groupon a while back to try this facility. I went yesterday and was completely impressed. The staff was so friendly and kind. Dan really took the time to speak with me about my needs and future treatments I’d like to have done. What amazed me the most is I woke up today to amazing results! Not only am I going to be a lifetime customer, I’m going to recommend this practice to all of my girlfriends. So happy I finally found a place I trust with my face. Thank you!!

I had 3 of 6 laser treatments that was purchased on GroupOn. The office cancelled my appointment due to a building emergency (3 months ago) and never followed up. Its not December and the website is not running. A complaint should be filed with Groupon Also! They are the party that accepted the money for a 3rd party contractors fee! My hard earned money is now lost!!

Same issue as the other reviewers: paid in advance for a laser hair removal package for $600, covid happened, had to reschedule my appointment, and when I tried to do so, the building was under renovation per the automated voice message. Now when you call the phone line is disconnected. I followed the advice of another reviewer and called my bank to dispute the charge. My bank is working with me to get my money back. I recommend that the others who also lost money from this business do the same.

Dr. Lebowitz is wonderful! I went for IV hydration and it was such a great experience. I loved how he took time to sit and discuss my concerns and addressed the goals I wanted to achieve. I left the office feeling great. I would highly recommend!

So my experience with Dr Lebowitz was fine up until he broke a needle in my face and gave me a scar. Not ounce did he mention that he cut my face with the needle. The staff not inviting or welcoming at all. Zero personality . Then I get an email today stating that they will be keeping credit cards on file . Wow first that’s illegal. Maybe try and spend some money on a refresher course on the ability to keep clients. Reasons may be accurate for cancellations and no shows. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a $330 package and have tried repeatedly to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. No one responds to my voicemails. No one replies to my emails. It's been over a month of this now. This company has stolen my money and not provided ANY services. WHAT IS GOING ON? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? Disputing the charges with my bank. Avoid at all costs.
