At first they seemed professional, and they offered good deals, so i did a consultation and bought a package of cool sculpting treatments. Then they refused to DO the treatments or refund my money. They actually refused to even give me anything in return after I purchased and paid for several sessions in advance. Go somewhere else. These btchs are crooks.

Went here for about a year. The people were fairly nice. However the service simply did not work. I went for laser hair removal. Had a full package of treatments over many months. It seemed to help for a time but bout two months later it grew right back. Bout a month after that it grew back at the same pace. Waste of money and time. Goodluck.

Extremely poor customer service. Asked about getting brows and eyelashes dyed. Front desk woman told me the clinician was with another client, had an opening after that, and to come back in an hour. An hour later, when I showed up, front desk woman said clinician had left to run some "chores". Never took my name - apparently completely forgot to tell the clinician she had a potential client. Guess they don't want new business.
