I've been a patient of Dr.Carlier for years and I've never had a bad experience. Anytime I've asked for information to pass on to the VA I received it with no problem whatsoever. Today I had to update my insurance coverage due to it changing in 2025. Megan at the front desk was a great help in accomplishing that!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Eggleston for a few years now and he is truly wonderful. His patient focus really shines through - he listens carefully, empathizes, explains options very clearly and thoroughly, and I have never once felt rushed (even on days that I can tell appointments are running behind). So glad to have found him by chance and hope to have him as my primary doctor for a long time.

Had my first appt this week and everything was was great. Nice location, one floor, spacious and clean facilities, staff was very friendly and efficient. And Brooke Capetola is the best healthcare provider imaginable. So patient, wicked smart, very encouraging and supportive. Go see Brooke today!!

Administrative staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Appointments were easy to make, and the instructions for the patient portal were clear. CRNP Capetola is the best primary care physician I've ever had.

If I could give them a minus score I would, Had a typical appointment for a minor concern. I check in and then I'm called to see the doctor and before you see the doctor the nurse goes over your file with you, they started asking me question that didn't pertain to me and I said after of few questions I don't think you have the correct info here, the nurse said with an attitude that is was correct and continued asking more questions that that I knew was not my info, I asked at that point to talk to someone else to get to the bottom of why they had the wrong info. That didn't go well the nurse took that personally and the attitude was over the top and the doctor came in and finally figured out it was the wrong Bob, there were two people named Bob but they wouldn't listen to anything I said to solve this problem. Not very professional and they made this more difficult than it had to be for no reason. The last place I would recommend to anyone.

The worst run office I’ve ever been to. After dealing with their poor administration and service without complaint. I was dropped and told to find another doctor because I didn’t schedule a yearly appointment. Please consider another physician.

Once again , detail to patient lacking . I suffer from UTIs and on Saturday took a urine sample to Drs office . Was told that it may not be picked up that day to go to lab ! However a script was sent to my pharmacist, the medicine that usually does not work me , I told nurse !!! But my Dr was not on call that day . I picked up script even tho it never fully works for me , but did continue full course . It was not completely successful ! Was Dr Joe who prescribed . On Friday got a call from Ellie stating your office got my results !!!!!!! 6days after dropping sample off, !!!! and she said it showed infection, and another short time medication was ordered at my pharmacy . That whole weekend and days after I was very sick with a heavy cold and stomach problems , and did not venture out . Went to Walmart pharmacy on Tuesday 16th to be told there was no script ordered . Called this morning ( 17th) to Drs office to be advised the script was sent to my mailing pharmacy !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which can take a week for delivery at least !!!!! Another example of disregard to detail !!!! I will add that when I tried to see Dr Eggleston earlier this year , the receptionist asked if I had more than 5 symptoms !!!!!!!! When I eventually did see Dr , he was unaware of patients being asked this question . Dr Eggleston is an excellent doctor but it’s the rest of the staff that is the reason I am changing practice. They make it SO HARD to see your doctor. Patient concerns are not addressed . Hence the low stars

This experienced happened several years ago, and I have stayed silent about it but after hearing a friend share her recent experience here, (and how awful she was also treated)I knew I had to warn other women- especially since this behavior is still ongoing!! I went to get std testing after non consensual sex, (one of the darkest times of my life) I shared this with Karen Pavlich during the appointment and was I was clearly uncomfortable, I was literally tearing up and all she did was look at me with disgust and yelled as me “CONDOMS CONDOMS CONDOMS” for the duration of the apt and continued lecturing me and yet NEVER LOOKED DIRECTLY into my eyes. What’s up with that?! Literally I’ve seen her for multiple appointments in the past and she NEVER makes eye contact with me?? During the exam she RIPPED the speculum (scary duck bill thing) out of my cervix and yelled at me for having vaginal bleeding, even though I had not been aware of the bleeding. She then bagged everything up and yelled at me for wasting her time and told me to reschedule. I left trivalley sobbing and literally had so much trauma from the incident that I’ve really struggled trusting or going to any dr since. After that she refused to refill my birth control even tho I had been on it for several years with no complaints and wouldn’t reschedule an appointment for months out…. Make it make sense Karen. This was difficult to post such a traumatic and private experience but I hope young women see this and stay away from Karen Pavlich. If you hate your job and your patients so much why not just quit and stop harassing young women.

Dr. Joe Ulasewicz is an amazing physician and family doctor. He spent an hour with me working through both physical health and mental health concerns, and has a very holistic and positive approach to healthcare and treatment. Not only that, the staff at TriValley are amazing! They had me relaxed and comfortable even during the pandemic. They are beyond friendly. One last thing I have to point out - I was offered a same-day appointment for 6:30pm when I had called at 1:00pm. Nowhere else I’ve ever been has been this good, and I’d never go anywhere else for my family doctor.

I saw Dr Topakas for many years prior to my recent move to Florida. Boy do I miss her! You will never find a more knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and all around excellent physician than Dr Topakas. The staff was always very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Were they extremely busy? Yes. Were they left short-handed by the Pandemic? Perhaps. These days I think everyone is doing the best they can and people need to be kinder and more patient. You are not just another patient at Tri-Valley. They really care.
