I absolutely LOVE it here! I make it my once a week relaxation retreat. The sauna is amazing, always warm and clean, even a water bottle available at the end of EVERY session. Paula is kind and accommodating...ALWAYS! Scheduling appointments could not be easier. I schedule via text and have never had an issue and have been coming here for about a year now. The spa is clean, warm and welcoming. 100 percent give Paula and her spa a 10/10 and would recommend her services to anyone looking to get some relaxation and recharging!

I received a gift certificate as a graduation gift for the salt room, sauna, and a massage. I scheduled an appointment for the salt room and sauna that was canceled twice due to her “family emergencies”. I finally went for the appointment and it was just okay. I scheduled a massage that was canceled (once again) on the expiration date and I was told that the code was redeemed and it could not be honored at my rescheduled appointment. My sister, who gave me the gift, purchase three massages and gifted one to myself and another to a friend who also graduated. Needless to say, my sister and I went back and forth with the owner about this issue and it was never resolved. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

This post is long overdue. I've been coming to Paula's Spa for a couple of years. After moving from Denver to Philadelphia I was looking all over for a reasonably priced place that had an infrared sauna. This spa is cozy and a little oasis, not to mention Paula awesome. Glad I found RejuvaNew You Spa!

This is a very beautiful establishment to be in. Paula is so friendly and nice. Only thing if you have coarse thick body hair and have dark skin, don't come here for that. The hairs will either stay unaffected or just grow right back with the same thickness. But i did have my belly line, armpits, and mustache areas done, and the results are VERY noticeable! But that's only because of how thin the hair was.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Received Gift massage. Never heard of this place but close to home so I went. Masseuse is wonderful. No complaints. I tried laser hair removal. First time, was hesitant. Bought 1 session, then another. Not working. Then Owner hard-sold laser package. I imagined I didn't need 6 laser treatments if I'd already had 2 on this tiny area w/ little hair. Owner insisted that unused sessions could be transferred to another body section. Let me say that this tiny area STILL HAS HAIR after 6 treatments! Owner insisted it takes time so kept going back, and even purchased another type of package! Huge mistake! INEFFECTIVE - she insisted it was time sensitive and then canceled appointments on me - TWICE. The 1 session she administered was now ineffectual because the others that had to follow were not done in a timely manner. There were 2 sessions left from this ALREADY PAID FOR EXPENSIVE PACKAGE! I told her I could not keep moving my schedule around for these time sensitive treatments and since she had canceled twice, it clearly wasn't working out. I just wanted to get the money I paid returned to me. (In reality, I feared she didn't know what she was doing. She's dealing with human bodies, after all!) I went in several days later for 2 more of the lasers. I had already determined I wanted to be done with this place and not return. Afterwards, I asked her to refund the package she had canceled. She agreed, and said she felt very bad about it and offered the refund and a free massage to make up for it as long as I scheduled the massage after the holidays. I accepted her consolation offer but wanted the refund immediately on the package she canceled immediately. She said her business administrators only cut refund checks at the end of each month. It seemed like dodging to me. Just issue a credit on card charged! As I drove away, I called her and said I'd prefer that she issue the credit immediately on the credit card used. She then stated that she had decided to refund the money out of her PERSONAL CHECKING ACCOUNT and not until the new year! Mixing personal and business funds felt very sketchy. Alarms went off! I then started emailing her to create a paper trail. Repeated requests for the refund on an EXPENSIVE package that SHE canceled repeatedly and no response! Her emails come from a different business' email! Weird! Owner then sent me a letter stating that she would only return the money I had paid for services she REFUSED to administer if I agreed to NOT GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA & REPORT NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES! **I paid for services she REFUSED to administer & now REFUSES to return MONIES PAID (which she agrees/admits she owes) unless I agree not to report everything that has gone wrong at this place!** This seemed very practiced. Can't know for certain but it feels as if this has happened before: Unhappy customers not sharing about their bad experiences for fear of not getting their money returned! I wondered why there are few reviews for her business despite being operational for years. I should've trusted the recent negative review on google. Rings of truth! Some people might not mind that there is something very eerie about this place, a sketchy vibe. Dark, weird. Walls are paper thin so one can hear everything being said in the treatment room from the lobby. Can't get intelligible answers to questions about treatments. Every session, clients have to endure sob stories from ill-mannered Owner/technician - DOWNER! Cheapy digs. No bathroom for customers. Clients have to exit, go out into the hall to use bathroom assigned to all the businesses in the building, especially inconvenient between same-day treatments as one has to dress fully to leave and then return. Atmosphere is unpleasant - It's just 2 employees but often seem annoyed with each other. The worst of it, though >>> to hijack a former customer's due refund in exchange for social media silence?!? What is this - Spa OMERTA? [Will follow up here if I am refunded owed funds, or opt to sue.]

Such a peaceful atmosphere, it was such a good experience all around. Paula is easy going and gave an amazing massage. Definitely will be returning. Hidden gem

I have to say Paula is a gem. From the first time I discovered her cozy spa I felt deeply cared for and with her expertise in so many areas of self care, inside and out I highly recommend Paula and Rejuvenew You Spa.

Rejuva is just like a med Spa. I was so sick of shaving my chest and trimming my neck hair, so I got 6 sessions of laser hair removal (which is the recommended dose). About 90% of the hair will never grow back - no maintenance! Thanks.

I did yhe Himalayan salt room and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing not to mention the courtesy from the ower☺️ I plan on going back for the infrared sauna real soon..

My sister purchased me a certificate for my birthday for a 60 min massage, and I can’t even book an appointment because the staff is t answering phone or return my calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would like to use certificate before it expires
