I went to this location this morning for a consultation & treatment. it was my very first time getting laser done and felt so comfortable and at ease with the manager and the laser specialist. The manager went above and beyond answering my questions and concerns about payment & skin issues. I can’t wait to get more sessions in the future. Both Sarah’s at the Lansdale are amazing. Everyone is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had my first treatment and I was shocked that I didn’t feel a thing. Highly recommend.

I’m writing this to warn others to be extremely careful when signing up for Milan Laser Hair Removal at the Lansdale location, specifically during consultations. During my consult in early November, with Sarah Caraballo, the clinic manager at the lansdale location, I was signed up for a Male Brazilian Plus package by her without my knowledge or consent, even though I am obviously a female and was there for a female Brazilian Plus. At the time, I trusted what I was being told and didn’t think this could even happen. I later noticed in my portal that it said Male Brazilian Plus and immediately questioned it. I brought this up multiple times, first with the technician, after the tech performed my first service, I then questioned Sarah and the front desk staff and was repeatedly told it was “just a system thing” and not to worry about it. I was reassured everything was fine! After I left, I knew I had to put time aside and look into the possibility of being scammed by Sarah. I started by calling corporate and speaking with Kate in November and Jessica in December, it was confirmed that I had in fact signed off on a Male Brazilian Plus package, which is significantly more expensive than the female package. It was confirmed from the women who I spoke with from calling the 1800 number for Milian Laser Hair Removal (Kate and Jessica). This situation should have never happened. When I finally confronted Sara in person, she denied doing it intentionally. I don’t believe that, and she knows that. She knows what she did. Especially considering I was also encouraged by Sarah during my consult to use my husband’s information (without his knowledge) to see if I could get a better deal…..with a hard pull on your credit check for this process….that already felt very inappropriate. (I did NOT use my husbands information for a service that I will be receiving just to get "a better deal") Because of this “error” as sarah claims it was, I was paying thousands more than I should have, including higher monthly payments on a third-party loan. Milan eventually applied a credit ($2,122.00 to be exact) to "correct the price difference" which confirms "the mistake" was real and significant, and Sarahs numbers were all over the place when I met with her. But to this day, my portal still has not been properly corrected, despite promises and follow up attempts. I was told I’d receive an email confirming the fix. I never did. I also told Sarah I want a copy of my contract I signed with Milan updated and sent via email. Never got it. I’ve since switched locations to Blue Bell for my second session, where the staff was very kind and said they would reach out to Sarah in regard to this issue, but months later, I’m still waiting! I’m disappointed because laser hair removal was something I’d always wanted to do for myself. Instead, I was obviously scammed, and this experience is stressful and time consuming, when it never should have been. My advice: double-check everything before signing, read your portal carefully, and don’t ignore red flags just because you’re being reassured. I wish I had trusted my instincts sooner.

I always have a really good experience every time I come here. The staff are amazing and they are always updating their laser/technology so you know you are getting the best possible treatments! Highly recommend!!

This was my 2nd treatment at Milan Laser in Lansdale, and I can truly say how good I feel! The front desk team is so sweet, and Lindsey especially made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the treatment. She’s warm, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make sure I feel at ease. Exceptional service every time!

Just had my first treatment done and was completely blown away. The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, professionalism of the nurse who treated me, and the quality of the machine itself all exceeded my expectations. I had a couple of special requests and the staff didn't hesitate to accommodate me. Truly a wonderful experience. I cannot wait to go back for my 2nd treatment.

I had a very enjoyable experience here with the Clinic Manager Sarah whom was reassuring and the pricing was reasonable for what you get. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in laser hair removal!

I’ve been getting laser hair removal at this Milan Laser and it’s been such a great experience. Everyone there is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. I’ve seen a huge difference in hair growth, and the treatments are quick and easy. I love that their packages come with unlimited sessions which makes it stress free! Definitely do it if you’ve been thinking about it. It’s so worth it!
