Every staff member is professional, proficient and very pleasant. Everyone explains everything thoroughly and Dr. Weishar has a very gentle hand when administering injections. I have never felt pressured into treatments or procedures like I have at other dermatologists. I have been a patient here for almost 8 years now and have never had a bad experience.

I’m not usually one to make a bad review but my experience here was absolutely terrible especially with Dr. Weishar. She was rude, disrespectful, and extremely dismissive. The first appointment that I made was with Dr. Clarke. Over the phone I asked how much treatment would be for what I was asking about and they gave me an estimate. When I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Clarke she told me that the treatment was $450 for two appointments. She then asked me for an additional $250 for a consultation fee. I explained to her that when I made the appointment no one told me ANYTHING about a consultation fee and that wasn’t fair. I ended up paying the full amount of what Dr. Clarke asked for. After discussing a little further she decided to laser off two small spots as complimentary which I was grateful for. She explicitly told me that what I paid for was for both of my appointments and everything that was done in appointment 1. After a month there was still no visible changes so I went in for my second appointment/ follow up. When I arrived to my second appointment I was a little surprised to see a new doctor, Dr. Weishar. She started the appointment by looking me over saying she’s charging me an additional $250 for what Dr. Clarke told me was complimentary. I told Dr. Weishar several times that I wanted to speak to Dr. Clarke. She continued telling me Dr. Clarke was busy and kept making excuses. After going back and forth with her she told me that she will do the treatment without additionally charging me but essentially told me not to come back after. This is the last time I will be coming to this practice. As a patient it is ridiculous how I was treated and brushed off. Dr. Clarke was great but Dr. Weishar needs some lessons in hospitality and how to be a decent person.

I was a new patient to this practice. I was greeted and welcomed to their practice by several staff members and they made me feel like I was important to them. They were very prompt and helpful with any questions I had. I felt very relaxed and Dr. Clark and her staff explained everything and addressed my concerns. I left feeling like I made a very good decision in choosing their practice. I would definitely recommend their to friends and family.

I’m usually pleased with the results of my treatments here, but the staff is not very friendly and the Dr barely engaged before starting treatment. After treatment, she left within 30 seconds…just enough time to tell me I could wash my face and wear sunscreen. Feels like they want you in and out as quickly as possible with no discussion about your concerns. I’ll shop around for a better experience next time.

All the employees at this office were so nice and welcoming and made my experience a breeze. Definitely recommend them for all dermatology needs!

I have not been to this skincare center, but I wanted to share my experience when trying to book a laser treatment. When I called to schedule, I was told there’s a $200 consultation fee, which isn’t unusual in the world of advanced skincare. However, I was stunned to learn that this fee does NOT go toward your future treatment if you decide to move forward. I’m someone who is truly obsessed with skincare and regularly invests in high-end treatments, often at plastic surgeon offices. In my experience, consultation fees are typically applied to your procedure as a courtesy if you proceed. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. While I can’t speak to the quality of their services, this policy was disappointing enough that I chose not to book with them.

However, I can firmly state that Dr Weishar and every one of her staff are capable, caring professionals who are wonderful to work with. If you are thinking about any type of dermatology treatment, I highly recommend speaking with Dr Weishar and her staff before making any decisions - they are terrific.
