I have found Dr. Laurel Bailey, along with her office manager, Mary very professional and kind. Dr. Bailey is never pushy with selling products or procedures. She allows you to take your time in decision making to include returning when/if ready after making suggestions. I would recommend Dr. Bailey to help make women feel and look healthy by taking away some of the aging process which can make us look tired! My experience has been positive with natural results!

Disappointed by the customer service and misleading prices. First off, my original appt was rescheduled by the doctor because she couldn’t make the time work. So I agreed to reschedule. When booking my appt, I spoke to the front desk receptionist and had asked about any special discounts and was told they’re having a sale for $50 off one treatment of laser. She booked me confirming the price of $350 with me. They charged me $50 before my appointment to hold my appointment in case I didn’t show up. This was not a credit card hold, but an actual charge. I’ve never encountered anything like this before. When checking out, they charged me the full price of $400 and taking my deposit because I didn’t have a “coupon”. There was no mention of a coupon for the discount! It’s poor communication and extremely misleading. I used to work as a medical aesthetician and am experienced in the BBL Sciton machine. The machine in Dr. Baileys spa was extremely outdated. The procedure was shortened. The procedure lasted only 10 minutes when it typically takes 35-45 min. I did not see the typical desired outcomes prior to leaving. I had to wash my own face before the procedure and wipe off the gel on my own after the procedure. Imagine going to get a facial and having the aesthetician tell you to wash your own face prior to your session. It takes away from the “spa” experience. Lastly, I did not see any results of darkening of pigments after the procedure. I don’t expect to see any results at all in upcoming days or weeks. I feel nauseated at the fact that I just wasted $400. I will not be coming back.

She is not only an experienced and dedicated professional, but has such a compassionate nature, too. She knew how important this wedding was to me so she even came in, while in pain and injured, to finish my treatment! I highly recommend her to others! Dr Bailey has performed several laser procedures for me after thorough professional evaluation and discussion of my concerns and desired outcome. She included full discussion of recommendations, description of procedures, limitations, and cost involved. She has also treated a family member successfully for teenage acne. Highly recommend! Don’t trust this doctor. She overcharges and lies to clients. She would only offer a consult to me for $90, but the deal was she would apply your consult fee to the cost of the procedure or you could apply your consult fee to products she sells in the office. That’s the Bait. The Switch is .. after she tells you your service will cost $800, she claims she never said you could use the consult fee toward products. Bailey is a fraud. There are PLENTY of reputable providers for these kind of services. Bailey is greedy and Dishonest. I wouldn’t trust her .. go somewhere else. As you can see by Dr Bailey’s response below. She is more concerned about her $90 fee and “my misunderstanding” than me. It’s more important for her to be right. I have been told more conflicting information about policies at this practice than I can count.. apparently $90 isn’t always the fee and you can also see the nurse for $25, but that wasn’t advertised. It’s the principal. She told me something that she now claims she didn’t. It’s about trust. If I can’t trust her, why in the world would I have her perform a procedure on my body? I lost the $90. I learned a life lesson.. just b/c they have an MD after their name doesn’t mean they will do the right thing. Especially in aesthetics! It’s also important to note, the $90 fee was for 10 min where she looked at one part of the affected area, and didn’t take the time to see the whole area. Just buyer beware. Lots of other choices out there.

I just left the office for my second time and I couldn’t be happier. I got botox in my horizontal forehead lines and frown lines in between my eyebrows. I also had Botox in my jaw muscle as a potential treatment for grinding my teeth. I have to say I was skeptical about getting good results and I was afraid of the pain and nervous about side effects. That said, I was relieved after just talking with Kaitlyn because she was so knowledgeable. I had no idea if they did Botox for teeth grinding but came across it online when I was researching Botox. So I asked her about it when I got there and she knew all about it and had done it before. I was thrilled as I have tried everything else for this with no success. My only option for the rest of life was to wear a night guard mouth piece. Not anymore!! I also had a bunch of questions about how it was going to feel and if I was going to look unnatural. She was patient and answered all my questions. She explained the treatment options and went over pricing. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to get anything done or buy anything I didn’t want. The injections themselves were quick and completely tolerable. I do not have a high pain tolerance. In fact, I’m a huge baby, about everything. I can’t even get my eye brows waxed without tearing up. I fully expected this to be very uncomfortable and I was so surprised when it didn’t bother me at all (either time). Then when the results came, I was floored! They came on gradually. I would say they started after maybe 2 days but by day 7 I couldn’t stop looking at the difference in the mirror! Before I got Botox I had a lot of wrinkles when I lifted my eyebrows and then I had two deep creases in between my eyebrows when I was angry or frowning. Over time, those lines became visible even when I was not frowning or not raising my eyebrows. They were just getting worse. After Botox, those areas are completely smooth. I worried that it would look unnatural or it would feel odd. It doesn’t. And you couldn’t see where I got the injections even right afterwards. It is absolutely, 100% worth every penny. There’s no downside. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. The office was super clean, rooms were cleaned in between patients, so were the pens and the credit card machine, etc. The chairs were spaced out in the waiting room. They thought of everything and they’ve got it together! I can’t think of anything negative. Everything was just great! I will continue to go back and would recommend this office, Kaitlyn and Botox to anyone! I can’t decide which is more exciting that my wrinkles are gone or that I have no pain in the jaw in the morning and may be able to stop wearing my mouth guard all together.
