I’ve been going here for a few years now and they are super friendly and great! Scheduling is super easy as I can text or make a quick call. They are flexible with my schedule too which is good for those who are often busy. Very quick when you do arrive for your appointment. They listen to your concerns and will offer suggestions that work best for you. So far I’ve had mostly IPL photo facials and just had my first session of neurotoxin. They walked me through the process and made it stress free.

This review is in regards to the Moon location. This place is horrible at keeping your appointments. They will cancel on you with only 40 minutes notice even after they already confirmed via text earlier in the week. They have cancelled on me multiple times. I am not sure how a company stays in business this way? They did not tell me prior to me buying a package that they have very limited availability at this location for body wraps. The rooms they use are multipurpose and not always set up for your arrival. If I can ever use all of the sessions that I purchased I will not be returning here.

Wait! Before you decide to go to Body Beautiful. I had injections for spider veins a few weeks after the treatment I noticed they were still there. I called and made another appointment. When I went there the individual that worked on me worked on an area she missed the first time and then charged me another hundred dollars! Those second injections did not work. I went to the Moon Township office and the man there tried to make a fool out of me by telling me that I should have had laser. After $230 I was then told that was the procedure I probably should have had. He wanted to charge me another hundred to fix what was wrong and I told him I was not spending another dime. He kept trying to make excuses and I told him we were finished with this conversation and I left. Please go to a certified dermatologist if you want cosmetic work done. At least you will get a guarantee.

Beware of this chain. Test any service on an inconspicuous area first, BEFORE you buy a package! The other reviewer (Mark) is the owner, posing as a client. He drives his techs way too hard and the real customers (like me) are the ones who suffer. He needs to take a less sales-driven and more customer-oriented approach. I bought a hair removal package a year ago and my bikini line came out uneven, with patches of hair left over. When I came in for fixes, the techs were instructed to sell me other services. How dare he try to sell me something else when I didn't even get what I paid for yet?? I ended up going elsewhere to have my hairline fixed, and I will not set foot in this place again. HOWEVER, the hair removal tool they use is reasonably effective...so if you can get the right tech and reason your way past the ultra-high pressure sales pitch, AND you want to go completely bare, this might be ok for you. The techs are cool. They're just overworked and have to deal with a boss whom I personally find rude and dishonest. You, as the client, will have to roll the dice.
