I visited Ideal Image today because I was taking my mother to her appointment. When we walked in, we were greeted by the Christina. She was very accommodating, offered us a drink when we checked in and was able to get my mom back within minutes. During the check in process, out of the blue, my mom offered to pay for a treatment for me. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to fit me in. Gabby administered the treatment for my mom and I and the results were almost immediate. This was my very first treatment but she made me feel so comfortable. There is no question that I will be going back to Ideal Image! Thank you all so much.

I come here for my Botox injections. It’s always a great experience. They staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a smooth process. Never more than a few minutes wait. Also they’re very accommodating and will take you in early if available. Always a great experience.

I went to Ideal Image to get lip filler. Rachel was amazing! She made me feel completely at ease as I was a filler virgin lol. She answered all my questions earnestly. I would come back just for her since crossing the bridge and paying for parking are a thing to consider. I have wanted to get my lips done for forever and happened to catch a promo which allowed me to finally go for it. They offered many payment options to make it easier for clients to pay for their treatments (P.S. I love my lips so far just think I might be back soon for a lil more!)

Been a customer of various locations for 10+ years. I had a lifetime contact that included unlimited $100 touchups of the areas. 1) my hair is thick and black, perfect type to get lasered. I NEVER had a period of longer than a month without hair. Nothing changed. 2) they recently forced me to sign a new contract and increased my touchup price to $250 out of nowhere. Never coming back again.
