Service is quick! Great hours! I travel 1.5 hrs for treatments. Glad that a physician, Dr. Johnson provides the laser hair removal. Have used her services in the past for facial hair removal and will return for axilla hair. She is knowledgeable about underlying conditions such as hormone imbalances that may cause excessive hair or other skin conditons. She knows her limits and will refer clients if her service is not appropriate for their state of health. Office is professional and has relocated to the art museum area.

Take it from someone that use to work there BEWARE! Save your money and go to a real and accredited clinic and a licensed doctor! This place is not what it says it is. They scam people out of services all the time and the only way they make any money is running super cheap laser hair removal and chemical peel deals on groupon etc. Then when the patient's come in there are all these hidden gimicks and fees. And don't get me started on Robert, manager? yeah right. He's the boyfriend of the doctor and he is the most unprofessional human being a have ever met. He's brash and ignorant. He would constantly argue with patients either not letting them reschedule without adding onto their price, hitting them with hidden fees, and not letting them get their full service treatments done. If I spent "too much time" in the clinic room with the patient he would literally walk right into the room (NO PRIVACY) and yell at me that I needed to finish. They also felt it was legal to let me work without paying me, the one paycheck that I got from them bounced and they never reimbursed me and were nowhere to be found and wouldn't return my phone calls. They claim to carry skin care lines such as Obagi, they don't. They don't even have an account with them because they didn't pay them either. This place is disgusting and it's places like this where bad treatments happen. STAY AWAY! Go to a clinic that has a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist on staff that is when you know you are in good hands.

Stay Away from this place! Be prepared to pay taxes on the groupon. Also be prepared to pay a service fee on top of that. My service fee was 50 dollars.
