After visiting the Plymouth Meeting location twice now, I can confidently say this is no longer a problem. In my two visits, I worked with both Yulia and trainer Jess, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jess is an absolute wealth of knowledge and patiently answered my endless questions without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. She explained everything clearly and educated me on multiple options with zero pressure. The conversation wasn’t focused on injections at all; it was about understanding my face and making thoughtful, intentional enhancements that felt right for me. Yulia did my filler and Botox, and her attention to detail is unmatched. The precision, time, and care she put into my cheek filler was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I genuinely felt she would not let me walk out of that room unless I was 100% satisfied with the result. To say I left happy would be an understatement. I was and still am thrilled with my results and would recommend this location to anyone considering injectables.

Missed areas frequently, wildly inconsistent treatments, heavily misrepresented "lifetime guarantees". Would not recommend or ever come back. Some techs were great, some techs ignored massive chunks of areas i paid for treatment on. At my last visit they tried to charge me extra for services that I didnt book and wasnt told were extra or even optional.

My botox was not working. I still have lines and wrinkles after 4 weeks. Id like a redo or refund i only gave 2 stars because I liked person. My result was/is not acceptable! I've gotten botox before at other establishments and professional. Im extremely upset with zero results at ideal image.

First, I want to say they definitely sell you stuff and then you arrive just for the nurse to tell you it may not work. I will start with the Botox something I am not new to. I feel like they are diluting this Botox like another reviewer said because I normally get Botox and see results immediately and a few days later and see nothing. Secondly, I was looking to get filler to lift under eye area and was told by salesperson this would work and be good for what I want to achieve. Now I get there, and the nurse tells me we can try it but she doesn't think it will achieve in filling the lines under my eyes going into my cheeks. The lines are still here and basically, I wasted thousands of dollars on 2 services that was told could be done to just be disappointed and out of money. I should have went back to Gambier medical for my Botox they did a superb job, I let these sales lead me to going here. Avoid this place you get cheap watered down Botox and false hopes of achieving results that they aren't equipped to do.
